Situated in a quite street, in a very good neighbourhood. BYy train in 15 mins in Amsterdam. You can park your car in the paid parking garage, we also have a free option, ask for more details. We only rent our house a month (usually in August) ech year.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Ideaal natuurlijk als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek om te relaxen na een heerlijke dag in Amsterdam te hebben rondgelopen. Ons huis is enkel geschikt voor families, voor mensen uit het bedrijfsleven of voor stellen.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

We do not accept groups with an average age under 35. Please note: by municipal law, the maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including infants. Our home offers 4 double bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with double doors opening onto the garden.

Met een bushalte voor de deur en metro op loopafstand ben je binnen 15 minuten bij de Amsterdam Arena en de bioscoop of in 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. Fiets- en autoverhuur mogelijk.
