Die kleine, gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in einer, ländlichen Gegend, die dennoch optimale Anbindungen zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr aufweist und somit wiederum zentral liegt. Das Wohnhaus befindet sich an der Straße in einer 30er Zone. Mit ein wenig Verkehrslärm muss man rechnen. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 5 Minuten nach Fürth in die Innenstadt, nach Nürnberg braucht man ca. 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist wirklich klein! Ca. 18 qm Wohnfläche! Bei 2 Personen schon ein wenig eng!

There are many cafes and restaurants but also bars and nightlife. It´s a busy spot and the favorite quarter of creative locals and foreign people.
