Holding a central position in Sandy Bay for your stay in Hobart, within a short stroll you can find gourmet grocers, locally stocked bottle shops, cafes, restaurants, Sandy Bay bustling shopping strip, Salamanca Place, parks and central Hobart.

Situated in a convenient inner-city location, our heritage home offers easy access to Hobart's top attractions. Only minutes from the CBD, your options for exploring the city are limitless. Begin your day with a short stroll down to Pigeon Hole Cafe for a morning coffee. Wander down to the waterfront where you'll be captivated by the stunning views of the harbour, enjoy fresh seafood and explore the iconic Salamanca Market all within striking distance of our centrally located home.

The Bakehouse - character - history - convenience

The bake house is a unique historical building circa 1880 that has been converted into contemporary accomodation. It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). You get to enjoy a three bedroom house. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and toilet, living kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. You have your own private courtyard with a picnic setting.

Riverview Bungalow South Arm

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

The Scientist's Residence

The perfect base for a visit to Hobart, situated amongst the cafes and shops of picturesque South Hobart, and steps to the glorious Rivulet Track. A 15-minute walk to town (25 mins to Salamanca), or 5-minute drive. This is a beautiful, newly renovated private flat with plenty to inspire your inner scientist. Enjoy the full kitchen (complete with naturally antimicrobial copper bench tops), washer/dryer, rain shower, and sliding doors opening onto your own private sitting area.

Un beau studio privé attaché à une maison centenaire de quartier ( ça fait vieux ici). Le studio se situe dans un jardin urbain et à 25 minutes à pied au centre-ville et 30 minutes à Salamanca et le port. Des restaurants, magasins et cinéma de North Hobart, sont à 2 minutes à pied. Le studio est autonome avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Une bienvenue particulière aux francophones ! Pas de discrimination passeport vaccinal, bienvenue a tous.
