Immenstadt liegt im Herzen des Allgäus mitten in den Allgäuer Alpen in der Ferienregion Alpsee-Grünten. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Berg-, Ski- und Badeausflüge. Das Kleinwalstertal in Österreich ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Vor der Tür: Nagelfluhkette und Hittisberg – ideal für Wanderungen mit der ganzen Familie und Ausflüge in Vorarlberg, in die Schweiz und ins Allgäu. Der Bodensee und Bregenz sind nur 30 Minuten entfernt, Wintersportspaß in Mellau-Damüls (30 Min.), Hochhäderich und Balderschwang (10 Min.). Direkt an der Loipe gelegen, lädt das nachhaltig erbaute Strohhaus zu einem authentischen Erlebnis ein.
