What a great spot to stay while in Long Beach! The location next to the Convention Center was perfect, allowing me to come "home" for lunch. It’s within walking distance to a grocery store, shops, the beach, and countless restaurants. Even though we never used the car, having a parking spot was huge. I was there with a friend and it was great for both of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Brinda was an attentive and friendly host, responding quickly to any inquiries we had. While there is some traffic noise, the unbeatable location more than makes up for it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone needing accommodations in Long Beach!

My wife and I have stayed in Glendale, CA numerous times previously (houses, apartments, townhomes), as our daughter and grandson live 10 minutes away. This was my (wife had to stay home) favorite location by far. Clean, spacious, well stocked (linens and kitchen), firm bed, good appliances, modern tvs, ample closet space, centrally located, off street parking, good a/c and heat (I used both). In addition, re my few minor questions, owner Nick provided timely, friendly and helpful responses. We will stay here again and recommend it to our friends, without reservation.

This was a great place to stay for Disneyland! We walked there each day, it’s about a mile and a half but there is a bus line very close to the condo if that’s preferable. We loved this condo - it was clean and the staff were really friendly and some really great customer service all around! They held our stroller for us when we rented one, Building and parking was very secure and much better than a cramped hotel for my family, yet it has all the amenities of a hotel like clean towels upon request. The one thing I didn’t like too much was the sale pitch to “tour” the vip penthouse and offering of prizes to tour - this place is a timeshare so it was a little off putting at check in when we went through Airbnb. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back! Thanks.

if your hesitant about booking. DONT. Just book it. Super fast to respond to any questions. Super Professional , this room has everything you will ever need and way MORE. The lighting in the room is amazing which you can control on the ipad. Kitchen is stacked , living area is cozy and comfy with an amazing skyline view of dtla. Best night of sleep I've gotten in a real long time. washer and dryer were handy as well. Also the parking is amazing. So secure you won't have to worry about anything.ive seen hotels in LA charge 60 a night alone just for parking. Great location. Many options too eat nearby. Convince store across the street. Yet the best part is the rooftop area. Amazing view of dtla of course. Huge Hotub. heated pool. Fire pit and barbecue pit. This was by far the best place to stay in LA. Will definitely be returning. 11/10

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

We had a great time at Jim’s place. The location is unbeatable and very fairly priced. Jim was very welcoming and the condo had everything we needed.

the home was beautiful. everything was very inviting. we had a problem with the keypad but eventually was able to open it. we will definitely come back. the host answered all of my questions right away

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Lo que si es que no hay tiendas de víveres cerca nos costó un poco encontrar jabones para lavar ropa . Muy bueno que haya máquina de lavado en el depa . Lo recomiendo mucho

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

This was a great place to use when I had additional family in town. Dave was responsive, helpful and very easy to work with.

The place was amazing! Very spacious and exactly how it look in the pics. I absolutely loved being in downtown LA and it was very walkable and near lots of good restaurants and fun stuff to do. Honestly, definitely worth the stay! We spent an entire day up in the pool and gym which was also nice. Would definitely recommend this place. A bit overpriced in my opinion, but the place was amazing and very clean!

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Absolutely loved my 10 day stay. Great location, amazing rooftop with pool and hot tub views. Everything was clean and comfortable. By day three I already knew I’d be coming back and rebooked the same place. Highly recommend!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing home and amazing host I totally love staying in Sam’s place. It’s convenient very clean and close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
