Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

The 80m2 apartment is in a house between Ljubljana and Bled. Quiet place in a beautiful nature. A few (25) metres from the river Sava shore with the possibility of swimming. Chill/relax space outside the apartment or next to the river is optional. Fascinating bird life and soothing river sounds. Old mill on the property as well. Many options for hiking around the area. Kranj 5 min drive, Ljubljana Airport 10 min, Bled 20 min and Ljubljana 20 min. We speak English, Slovenian and Norwegian.

Charming Vacation House by the river in Preddvor

CHARMING VACATION HOUSE Staying in the fary tale-like renovated house "Pr Zajc" by the Kokra river in Preddvor, will result in you feeling relaxed, pleasant and well rested. On the green garden you will be able to forget your every day troubles and worries and relax while listening to the sounds of nature. In the evening you can fix yourself a romantic picnic with a gas or wooden grill. On hotter days, you will be able to cool yourself off in the Kokra river, flowing beside the house.

Modern 2-bed apartment in the center

Modern 2- bed apartment located in the center of Ljubljana. The area is peaceful, but only 10 minute walking distance from the main city square. The flat is located on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed, living room with a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets are provided by me. Note: Transport from and to the airport can be provided for a very reasonable price. Tourist tax paid separately.

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.
