The two-storey detached house covers a total area of 180 sq. m., composed of a kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with A/C, WC, and bathroom. It also includes a private yard and a terrace with wonderful island views. It is conveniently located on Miaouli street-one of the few public streets WITHOUT stairs-just a 5-minute walk from the port.

It was recently renovated and decorated by a prominent Greek artist. The Guest House comes fully equipped with modern amenities ensuring that you can enjoy a comfortable stay while accessing the mansions’ several independent gardens and terraces and marveling at its majestic views.

Fully equipped and functional to spend your vacation days. The location of the house, in the heart of the traditional neighborhood. It can accommodate up to 4 people, in the master bedroom upstairs there is a double bed, upstairs there is also another bathroom. In the bedroom located on the ground floor there are two single beds. Please keep in mind that the eccess to the house is through footsteps approximatelly 100. You won't be able to reach the house with a car.

It has been lived in by our grandparents and great-grandparents, who were artisans, sailors, and sponge divers. The house dates back to the second half of the 18th century. Given Hydra’s rugged, rocky terrain, part of the building is anchored directly into the natural rock!
