The two-storey detached house covers a total area of 180 sq. m., composed of a kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with A/C, WC, and bathroom. It also includes a private yard and a terrace with wonderful island views. It is conveniently located on Miaouli street-one of the few public streets WITHOUT stairs-just a 5-minute walk from the port.

La maison est située au centre d'Hydra, vous y accédez en grimpant environ 120 marches larges et faciles. Vous entrez dans une cour traditionnelle et l'espace intérieur, qui comprend un salon et une chambre, peut être considéré comme un seul espace car ils sont séparés par des fenêtres intérieures, une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire et une salle de bain entièrement rénovée. Sur la terrace de la maison, vous pourrez admirer la beaute d'Hydra, bronzer, prendre un verre l'après-midi ou le soir.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv and is only a 40 meters away from the biggest beach of Poros. Supermarket, bakery, bike rental and great restaurants are nearby. Aida studios is located in Askeli area on Poros island. It is higher up which gives it a great view of Askeli beach but it also means the road to get there is uphill and quite steep.

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.
