Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

We had a great stay at Sasa’s place. The pool was wonderful and warm, people we encountered were extremely friendly, balcony was fantastic, and the area itself was great. Sasa was also incredibly responsive. Highly recommend - everything was exactly as described, and we felt very safe.

Melinda's condo was amazing! Beautiful location and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. She was very helpful and communicative during our stay as well. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Avalon. Beautiful and extremely clean unit, great pool and friendly people all around. Close to many shops and restaurants. Location was excellent for travel to Clearwater Beach, St Pete, Tampa, Dunedin. Alex was great to deal with and very responsive to all questions and requests. Would love to have stayed longer!

My family and I (mom and sister) had a great time staying at Phillip's. The house is clean, decorated nicely and well stocked -- Phillip has everything you need on hand, I would even recommend checking in first and seeing what is already provided before going to the store -- There was breakfast food, snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was such a great touch, but all household goods are there for your use as well. Phillip was an amazing and proactive host, you can tell he put forth a lot of effort in turning the Airbnb into a home away from home for his guests. He also has guidebooks that help with picking activities and places to eat if you're not familiar with the area. The location is is not too far from downtown making everything a quick car ride away, the neighborhood was also pretty quiet. If we're ever in the area again we would definitely return if available.

A Modern Oasis in Clearwater - We Can't Wait to Return! Our recent weekend in Brian and Samantha's Clearwater home absolutely blew us away and far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Check-in was a breeze, and the thoughtful welcome sign and impeccably clean home were just the beginning of an incredible stay. The home itself is stunningly modern – I almost don't know where to start! Each of the bedrooms is spacious and beautifully decorated, boasting a simplistic yet chic beach modern aesthetic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the master suite truly felt luxurious. The wet room was a marvel of technology, but fear not! Brian and Samantha have thoughtfully provided clear explanations for everything on their handy app. Yes, you read that right – there's an app. Stepping into the backyard felt like entering a beautiful oasis. Finally, the communication with Brian and Samantha was a perfect 10/10.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Easy to find, close proximity to Dunedin and places we came to see. A uniquely designed place with plenty of space. Hot tub is a major bonus. Well kept and exactly as described. Super clean, easy to park. On a mildly busy road which you barely even notice. House is currently a 8/10 and will be a 10/10 once the remodel is complete. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay! Nick was responsive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. If you have a nice group or family vacationing… stay here. The home is a perfect set up for families/friends to gather. We enjoyed the inside as well as the outside. Plenty of room to be comfortable. We prepared meals and relaxed by the pool. It’s an oasis. You could stay in for a couple days and not be bored. They thought of everything. Well stocked kitchen, enough linens, beach needs-you name it… it’s there. Communication was wonderful, we felt safe. Great location, home and stay. You will love it. We’ll be back!

Us 8 girls had the BEST time staying at Iriny's place for my sister's bachelorette! There were more amenities and activities than we could imagine. The place was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had some snacks and drinks upon arrival which was a welcoming and warm touch. We were excited about the giant beach towels and the beach cart to help us out on the short 5 minute walk to the beach. There's a manatee preserve within walking distance as well as the cutest coffee shop - we walked there every morning to get coffee and breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough and I would be thrilled to come stay again!

Enjoyed our stay for Spring Break. 2 adults & 4 teens. Enough space for us not to drive each other crazy. Awesome back yard, perfect to keep us busy between activities. Comfy beds and just right for what we needed. Highly recommended!

Brian’s place was just right. It was clean and nicely decorated. As soon as you walk in you see the view of the beautiful landscaping and pool. We were here at the end of July and the pool was refreshingly cool every day! How do. They do that. The area is very walkable with waterways everywhere. Just a quick drive or a challenging walk and at the end is the Don Cesar! Great location. Would definitely rent again😎

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo, and about the host Laura. The place was exactly as the pictures showed-absolutely beautiful with a welcoming feel and very very clean. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and each one of us fell in love with the place as soon as we got there. The location is perfect, close to the beach and Johns Pass and Laura provides everything you could need for a fun day trip to the beach. Laura has gone out of her way to make sure her guests have everything they could possibly need, incl an in case you forgot basket with items you may need. She is also very very talented with her creations which you will notice if you stay! She was very responsive to my questions and offered great suggestions for the area. And quick to respond!!! When we got back from the beach the smoke detector was beeping and within mins of notifying her she had someone there with a new battery. This has been by far my favorite rental, and I can’t wait to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Phillip’s place! Phillip is a great host and immediately responded to any questions I had! The condo is super clean and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked and beach equipment was provided (a nice bonus). The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, groceries, and entertainment. I did a solo trip to Madeira this year and I felt safe the entire time as the community is gated and private. I highly recommend his condo and I would definitely return the next time I visit Madeira!

This was the best Airbnb stay for us yet! Karla’s place had every convenience for our family of 4 to stay and cook for the week. The pool and private beach were perfect and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the decor and amenities in the condo. There was a minor misunderstanding with the parking pass (completely my fault) and she was very gracious and understanding with us. We would highly recommend.

Our family really enjoyed their stay at Rich’s condo. They have stayed in other condos in the area and felt this was the nicest! Condo was updated and provided extra amenities including pool towels. Rich was very accommodating when we needed to adjust dates. Communication was excellent and check in easy . We will definitely book a stay again!

We had a wonderful visit! The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved having beach chairs available. This place is right on the beach. There is not a beach view. However, the beach is just 2 flights of stairs away. You do not need to pack a cooler because you can go from ocean to condo in less than 5 minutes! A huge perk for us was the little store right across the street. Our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until midnight. The next morning all we had to do was walk across the street for everything we needed. It was a little pricey, but worth it to not miss a morning on the beach. We are already planning our next vacation here! Thank you for excellent communication and all of the thoughtful extras!
