Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

We had a great stay at William’s property. He was greet work with! Will book again for one next stay.

My family and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved the place and the location. We had to book it last minute after our other Airbnb cancelled 2 days before the trip. Joyce was very helpful and kind which was a relief after booking it such short notice. It’s right on the beach and the condo was super spacious, clean, and homey. The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location and exceptional property. Friendly and responsive host! Quiet location but only steps away from the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything fresh and clean. Would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in/ check out was smooth and very detailed instructions were given. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. There’s a Publix about a 7 minute drive from the condo and several excellent restaurants in the area. Greg was always quick to respond and also provided suggestions for local places to eat. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, seeing the dolphins on a few occasions and found the people in the area super friendly! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here. It was an incredible family vacation!

Jim was a great host and fountain of knowledge. He was very accommodating with unexpected changes to our plans and made sure we were comfortable and lacked for nothing. I definitely see a return trip in our future!

We had a great stay at Steve’s Airbnb! The location is fantastic—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. The price is unbeatable, making it a great option for budget travelers. While it’s not a place for those seeking luxury, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an affordable and convenient spot close to the beach, this is perfect!

What a delightful find - Mallory is an excellent host and her condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

Great place in center location to tampa/clearwater/St Petersburg attractions such as beaches, bike paths and restaurants. The room is perfect for 2 people. It has everything you need and an amazing Waterview from balcony. You can see the sunset every evening right from the balcony room!

We really enjoyed staying at Tamas’s place. It was so pleasant and being on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins was so relaxing. We used the pool and hot tub and drove to beaches around the St.Pete area. Tamas took care of any issues we had immediately. We appreciated the vacation time there and would recommend it as the perfect size for one couple.

Lisa was very accommodating, she let us check in early. Place is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Close to beach. She even bought my fur baby a bed and some toys. Would definitely stay again!

This perfectly peaceful unit was just what we needed. Clean and spacious with lots of room to spare. Patti’s unit covered all the bases. We enjoyed the well manicured surroundings.

This space was incredible. Beautiful views, freshly cleaned, and felt like someone’s home. Jack & Shelly thought of everything. From a beach wagon to extra towels to the coziest morning coffee chair on the balcony, we wanted for nothing while we were there. The location is very walkable. We didn’t touch our rental car for days. This was our first family vacation with our 1 year old and it exceeded my expectations.

George's place was very clean and orderly. We had everything we needed to prepare a few meals at his place. Also, he has a wonderful coffee maker which we loved. No need to run out and buy coffee so it is there for breakfast as we have had to do in other AB&B's. The condo has a very nice saltwater swimming pool. It is very, very conveniently located in Clearwater. We could easily drive north to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and to the nature preserve at Homasassa Springs. We drove into Tampa and rode on the River Taxi, went to the History museum and the Art Museum. We drove South to St. Petersburg and went to the Dali Museum and the Art Museum in St. Petersburg. Also to Sarasota and the Ringling Museum. We drove along the coast from Clearwater Beach south. Found great places to eat. If you love just sitting on a beach, that can be found all along the coast north and south of Clearwater Beach. I highly recommend George's place. You will not be disappointed. Gerry

El apartamentico era un amor cuando llegamos, todo limpio, ordenado y con las amenidades necesarias y MAS. Solo me apago un poco la emoción que esperaba de tener VISTA AL MAR, y no...ES INTERIOR... No tienes esa vista que buscas..Por lo demas la playa y la localidad un colirio a los ojos. Espectacular 👌 🥰

I Enjoyed the stay at Albert's place. Our family rented this apartment at Seminole for approximately 5 days. The apartment was clean and stacked with the essential, everything was clean and well kept. I enjoyed my stay at this residence and would definitely recommend it to others.

Sylvia was a great host and very responsive. The location was great and close to family. The view from the condo was spectacular with beautiful sunsets. Great for bird watching. Nice quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
