Unforgettable stay in Santorini. We can’t stop raving about this property & its host, Theodoris. From arranging transportation to personally escorting us to the property & having a porter handle our luggage’s, the service was impeccable. The property exceeded our expectations, matching its photos but surpassing them in person. A warm welcome awaited us, complete w/ a pleasant aroma, refreshments, & snacks. As owner of a local winery, the host offered a bottle of wine & daily housekeeping ensured our stay was seamless. Thodoris’s hospitality knew no bounds- he provided restaurant recommendations & even booked a sailing boat tour for us. The private jacuzzi n BREATHTAKING view of the caldera made our stay truly unforgettable. We’re heartbroken to leave, but we’re taking cherished memories of Santorini w/ us. The view & location were everything we dreamed of. Mahalo, Theodoris for an unparalleled experience.

I had an amazing 4-day stay here with my friends. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed—slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and more. They even restocked breakfast every two days, which was incredibly helpful for us. Regarding transportation, since we didn’t rent a car, we contacted Matthia for airport transfers and getting around. She was always patient and helped us arrange drivers, all at very reasonable prices. As for the accommodation itself, it offers a stunning sea view that takes your breath away every time you look outside. It truly gives off the perfect vacation vibe. I would give this place 100 stars if I could—highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing place with the best sunset view in the whole island! Dimitri was a great host, super helpful and 24/7 available. The place fitted exactly the description, the only downside was the cleanliness which wasn’t really up to our standards but in the end we didn’t even mind given how beautiful the place was and we couldn’t enjoy it more.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Höhle, die sehr sauber und aufgeräumt war. Wir kamen mit einem Mietauto und der Portier hatte uns schon einen Parkplatz 🅿️ organisiert. Danach hat er unsere Koffer getragen bis in die Höhle. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, man ist mitten in der fotogensten Gegend von Oia. Die Küche ist sehr rudimentär hat aber alles was man braucht. Wir empfehlen jedem der gerne einen tollen Ausblick haben möchte und trotzdem Ruhe diese Höhle. Danke Maria!

The home was in the most ideal location with the most beautiful views! Jackie was so helpful with booking our transfers. The jacuzzi could have been hotter but we still enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend this place for the most authentic Santorini experience!!

First - the LOCATION!! It is the best possible location in Oia. All the photoshoots (the famous flying dress photoshoots) happened right at our doorstep (it did not disturb us though) The famous blue dome is right outside our apartment and we got a good balanced view of the blue dome and the Caldera! We could just chill in the heated Jacuzzi and watch the Blue Dome. People will be queuing up to take photos close to the Blue Dome. You will have the excuse your way through. The apartment very clean and it had 2 bathrooms making it extra convenient. We could get ready real fast. Spacious to have your luggage spread out and still feel roomy with an amazing outdoor area Nick is super helfpul, knowledgeable and responsive. Had the Jacuzzi running and heated up before we arrived. He had our luggage carried down to the room and back up at check out! So no luggage issues that normally may arise in Oia! Will never forget the experience. Absoluelt worth it!

Our place was amazing and very close to everything while still feeling private! The view is out of this world and we kept thinking we were living in a dream! But we especially loved the service from our host Mary and her team that transported us and the super nice lady in housekeeping. Mary arranged everything and it was so nice to not have to think about anything making it a true vacation free of worry. Thank you!

Catherine exceeded every expectation, and the place was gorgeous. A few stairs down to the place (with valet luggage service) means it’s accessible, but you have some privacy for the tub and views! The hot tub was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious every day. Catherine helped with some reservations (the catamaran sail was a favorite, and went above and beyond helping us recover delayed bags due to a tight connection in Athens. She also was highly responsive for questions, restaurant recommendations, and helping with storing bags/arranging transportation. This was truly a 5 star hotel experience, from daily cleanings and refills on coffee/water, to fresh and delicious breakfast delivered, in a stunning location. I cannot recommend this enough!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The views were gorgeous and the home had everything we needed. It was so nice to come to a place that felt like home right away, especially when traveling with children. My son loved the bunkbeds and having toys to play with. The layout was also perfect for us, and I loved how the space flowed indoor and outdoor with great patio spaces and gardens. Just beautiful. The laundry was a huge plus, too. And there were many nice touches and details, including fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Definitely stay here if you are looking for a clean and peaceful place that works as a great home base for exploring the island and its lovely villages and beaches! We would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was an amazing! Katarina was extremely friendly and gave us a tour prior to checking in. She made sure to always be available if we needed anything! A few tips for tourists visiting: - Definitely recommend using an Uber to go anywhere (it will be a flat fee of €36 per trip). - If you have experience driving in Santorini, an ATV quad or rental car also works well, but if you’re a beginner to driving in narrower roads or ATVs, it is WELL worth it to just get an Uber to get around if your excursions don’t cover transport. -Between 5PM-10:30PM, use the website on the menu book to order food arriving to your suite in 30 minutes (they’ll knock on your door). - There aren’t any restaurants nearby, but if you want to get food/drinks delivered outside those hours, use the Wolt app (meet the drivers outside and down the hill because they most likely won’t deliver to your door or gate). - Bring an XL garbage bag to put all your trash in the dumpsters at the bottom of the hill.

Endroit magique pour chiller , lire , se baigner …. Randonner sur l’île aussi ! Très bons restaurants avec spécialités locales, y compris vin blanc produit sur l’île ! Le logement est conforme aux photos et la terrasse avec vue à 180 degrés sur la mer ! Apostolos est un jeune homme qui est très sociable , aime rendre service , disponible, très accueillant ! Nous avons pu rencontrer aussi les propriétaires , en vacances aussi, qui étaient soucieux du bon déroulement de notre séjour , nous ont accompagnés jusqu’au bateau , très accueillant également !

Such a great house!!! It was so peaceful and exactly as described. We had the best time hanging out by the pool and soaking in the views. Hopefully we will be back to Paros in the future and would definitely stay here again.

What can we say - Christos and Marios hotel is exceptional! Comfortable, clean and luxurious. Perfect location (seriously perfect), and the best place to soak up the cliff side views and sunset. Quieter town, loads of restaurants and an easy walk to Thira and drive to Oia. Christos, Marios and Mickael were the most attentive hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Trust their recommendations for places to eat and things to see. Also… the hotel restaurant was the best place to try authentic, delicious food.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. Warm weather although we came in April, we could even use the amazing pool. The house is incredible, with unforgettable views… well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The south of the island is wild and beautiful, we fell in love with Aliki, the closest town. The owners were kind, helpful, and super responsive. Would definitely come back! Thanks Anna

I had such a nice experience at the Windmill! It is really well designed and very unique. The hot tub was great and I liked having the outdoor terrace space. The property is just a short walk from the main street in Oia. The manager, Jason, is excellent! He was very attentive and helped me with any questions I had. The provided breakfast was also very good. Also, I didn’t experience any tremors from earthquakes.

Everything about our stay was perfection! John was the friendliest host and made our stay wonderful. The location was amazing!! Steps away from indulging in the best restaurants and seeing the most picture perfect view of Oía. Couldn’t recommend this stay anymore! Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to come back.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Athiri—so spacious, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast served at our door was delicious, and David was accommodating with letting us check in early and super helpful with booking us an airport transfer.
