Situated at the end of a quiet unmade road surrounded by fields on three sides, and just a few minutes’ walk from Totland Bay, it is ideal as base for walker's, cyclists, beach goers or those who just want to get away from it all. Modern purpose built self contained cabin, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. CCTV on driveway.

Beautiful self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is NO PARKING at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

It has a dedicated entrance and is secluded from the owner's property. There is a sunny place to sit outside near the entrance, where you can catch the last of sunshine. Lymington High Street is a 20 minute walk. Local pubs are a short walk away. Coastal paths, beaches and the New Forest are all in reach by car, or an easy cycle ride.
