Piscina esterna vicinanza spiaggia (al termine del caruggio sopramenzionato), supermercato e farmacia ed altre attività commerciali sempre nei pressi. Alloggio collocato in posizione collinare ma nello stesso tempo facilmente centrale data la disposizione delle strade limitrofe. Splendida vista mare del golfo. La maison d'Isidore

La maison d'Isidore, située entre Nice (15 km) et Monaco (8 km) est une partie de notre maison avec une entrée séparée totalement indépendante. Le duplex climatisé comprend une kitchenette totalement équipée au rez-de-chaussée. Devant l'entrée une petite table permet de manger à l'ombre de la glycine. A l'étage, une chambre et une salle de bain auxquelles on accède par un petit escalier. Une baie vitrée dans la chambre donne accès à une terrasse avec une très belle vue mer sur la baie de Eze.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. Il parcheggio ed il giardino sono invece condivisi con noi ;) Non sono presenti altri ospiti nella struttura.

Situata in uno dei punti strategici più affascinanti che dominano il paese, la terrazza su cui si affaccia la camera è attrezzata con un tavolo e sedie, per poter godere a pieno del panorama. Dependance di 30 mq nuova costruzione situata in contesto di proprietà con abitazione principale indipendente immersa nella splendida campagna toscana a 12 km dal mare e vicino a centri di interesse culturale. Facilmente raggiungibili gli splendidi borghi di Bolgheri e Castagneto Carducci. A mezz'ora di auto da Volterra. Gli arredi sono completamente nuovi.
