Jillian's space was an excellent find. We have stayed in the complex before (booked through a local agent), but always on a lower floor. Jillian's place gives a beautiful view of the beach rather than the dunes. Easy in and out. Any issues were quickly resolved...in fact we facetimed to resolve a tv connection glitch. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, etc. I always travel with my nutribullet so didn't look for a blender. TONS of linens, blankets, and extra towels. All the comforts of a home away from home. Beach chairs, umbrells, and sand toys available for use. Note: Top floor means walking 3 flights of steps so do not book if you have any walking issues. Better note: If time allows and you are looking for a self guided excursion I highly recommend Island Ferry Adventures out of Beaufort. I took 2 tours through them. The first to Sand Dollar Island and the second to Bird Shoals. I found sand dollars and shells at each, though Bird Shoals was my favorite!

Our stay was great! The place was beautiful and clean. The beach itself was beautiful and pretty private. This is a great place if you want a relaxing, calm vacation. There aren’t many shopping areas, but there are some great restaurants around, especially Smash City Burgers!! Even with rain some days it was still the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The only downside, which is no fault of the owner, the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud. This could just be from our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great week!

Had an amazing long weekend stay! Beach just steps away right across the street. Great use of space with king bed, pull out couch, two vanity’s and a tub/shower separated by doors so you really can have privacy in each space. Will be staying again!

We loved Mark’s apartment with both views for sunrise and sunset. We had everything we needed from the beginning and Mark was easy to reach throughout the stay. This spot will stay in our top choices to rent. Thank You for providing a great place to vacation.

Charming bungalow near all the activities . Kid friendly and local bar scene didn’t keep us up at night. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream and stores. Michelle’s attention to small details is the best I have experienced in an AirBNB.

Kevin and Jordan were incredible since the minute we got there, pretty attentive and really well at communicating and answering on time! Will be staying with them again

Great location, between the marina & across the street from the ocean. Within walking distance to restaurants & the boardwalk. I thought the place was a little small for the $425/night cost (after all of the fees were calculated), but it worked out just fine for our short stay. Host accommodated us rescheduling due to the hurricane, so I was definitely happy about that!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was conveniently located and such a short distance to the beach! We definitely want to stay here again!

Great location with private parking and walking distance to everything downtown.

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Wilmington area. A few perks -being able to bring my dog along -It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Honestly one of the CLEANEST Airbnbs by far even with being dog friendly. -the linens/towels were washed in non-scented detergent. As someone who has extreme allergies to scented detergents, I was grateful!! -spacious & beautiful inside and out. -kind and communicative hosts We have already booked another stay for this year!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was cozy and welcoming, with all the comforts of home but still felt like a true vacation. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and the walkability to the beach made it even better — just a short stroll and you’re by the ocean. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay here again!

perfect spot for a beach and food focused getaway for a small family. the beach and restaurants were literally outside within 1-5 minutes walks. definitely needed the sound machines on weekend nights due to the music scene which were provided in each room. the house was well stocked with everything you need. we felt very much at home and we will be back!

OUTSTANDING!!! This was my second stay in New Bern with David at the same unit. It is SO convenient to anything and there are two of the best restaurants in town literally 5 or 6 doors away (Baxters and Poppies and a little further a GREAT Italian lunch/pizza place Gemelli). We had no communication while there as none was needed--instructions were spot on from the get-go. Walkable to anything. And as a bonus, if you get lost, look for the City Hall clock tower and follow it back! Just note, being on the second floor, this does NOT seem accessible as there is a large flight of steps up to the condo. So, for folks with a disability or struggle with steps, this may not be the right one.

The host was extremely responsive. Loved the place. Everything in Surf City is super close. Had a great stay. Would rent again!

Great location in downtown Wilmington!

My family of 5 stayed here and we had a wonderful time. The condo was quiet and peaceful, and had everything we needed. We had very easy access to the pool and beach and the amenities were wonderful. The host was really great reaching out to us with instructions/directions and it was super simple to check in and out. Would recommend and would stay again!

We absolutely loved this place!! Super clean, completely updated and tastefully decorated, all the attention to detail, quiet and relaxing-absolute perfection. Melissa was a wonderful host and we cannot wait to return!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at this condo and had a great visit. The unit was lovely and Suzanne the hostess provided everything we needed for our stay, including snacks, and a cart for hauling beach supplies. The walk to the pier was quick and easy as well as the walk to the beach. Very nice weekend away!

What a gorgeous setting! We started and ended each day on the deck looking out over the water. Andrew was a super host and we so appreciate him sharing his beautiful condo. The place was clean, felt safe, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect respite. Thanks again!

We had an extended stay at Aaron’s during the renovation of our house. His place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location provides views of both the ocean as well as Bogue Sound and the beach is just a short walk away. The Town of Emerald Isle is just a short drive away as is Salter Path. While Emerald Isle is the largest of the two both have shopping and dining. There is also a well stocked Dollar General store just 2 blocks away. The Crystal Coast is a great vacation area with beautiful beaches and great amenities and Aaron’s place is a great place to stay. We found communication with him to be easy and prompt and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for our stay.

Angela’s place was absolutely lovely! The ambiance was just what we had hoped for. The beach decor was charming. Very clean and tidy. We all felt right at home immediately. Loved the loft, all bed very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, and appliances very clean. Easy walk to the beach! Made memories to last a lifetime! We definitely recommend & will book again!

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. It was exactly as described and pictured. I’d say even better. Jim has really thought of the little details, such as phone chargers, water in the fridge, and some beginning toiletries. The beach was fantastic and so close. Location is prime. Right in Surf city close to everything. Can’t wait to come back.
