Walk to Foreland, The Lumberyard, the incredible village cemetery, Thomas Cole House, restaurants and shops. Olana State Historic Site is right across the bridge! Cottage has a full kitchen, clawfoot tub, penny tile shower, front porch, dining room and large living room. Truly peaceful and lovely.

Welcome to Salt Hill House — a 1940’s cottage style house that’s been beautifully renovated with modern furnishings. You’ll be able to relax on the outside deck rocking chairs with a cup of coffee and cozy up around the fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked — from spices, coffee, baking essentials, pots/pans, to any small appliance you may need. The house is located just outside the quaint town of Leeds, 8 min from Catskill, 15 min from Hudson, and ~30 min from Windham/Hunter

We recently rebuilt the entire interior of an old brick building and imagined the first floor (*** the entrance is at the back of our house***) as a guest unit for our friends & family during visits. When we do not have friends & family visiting, we are offering this space to you! We are architects by training and have placed our aesthetic energy in making this unit modern but also cozy.

Country in the village! Lovely and cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage on Catskill Creek. Convenient to all the area has to offer. 15 minute drive to Hudson. 10 minute WALK to heart of Catskill Village restaurants, shops, etc. Located on a beautiful dead-end street with your host next door. Relax on the porches, or walk through the yard down to the creek. Well-trained small dogs up to 20lbs are allowed. Note: Bathrooms are on separate floor from bedrooms.

Our largest option, the Mountain View Suite incorporates high ceilings, and mountaintop views from a raised dining area to provide a large and light oasis. Located on the second floor, the suite features custom antique accents and original artwork that evoke a sense of adventure. The room includes a large bath with clawfoot tub and shower, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Custom queen mattress (featured at the Four Seasons NYC), organic cotton sheets.
