La'l Riggs

La'l Riggs is a former outbuilding we converted in 2025, sitting at the foot of Stainmore and surrounded by fields and fells. La'l Riggs is an ideal base for exploring the many beautiful locations within easy reach, including the North Pennines National Landscape, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. For keen walkers there's a good choice of routes in the area. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has a bar/restaurant, two cafes and a chippy, as well as a shop for everyday groceries.

Town End Barn is a spacious apartment in the pretty village of Orton. Situated in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the Lake District National park is on the doorstep too. The barn has private entrance, garden, underfloor heating and a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a king-size bed. A large sofa bed sleeps extra guests. Children's accessories & toys are available too. Orton has a an award-winning cafe, a friendly pub serving great food, a well stocked shop and even a chocolate factory!

The Byre is in the beautiful landscape of the Westmorland Dales and the ideal location for biking, walking, photos, watching wildlife, farm animals and chilling! The Byre sleeps 2 + pet, has a double bed, is heated by a log burner, has a tiny kitchen, a bath and WC. 1 car space right outside.

La’l Skaithe, Kirkby Stephen.Self contained annexe

2 miles from Kirby Stephen, annexe to the main house with own entrance and use of garden in front of the property,a small table and sofa. own has front door and a small porch area . We welcome dogs to stay. Bathroom with step into the large shower and non slip mat available , a living and kitchen area with a comfy sofa, table and chairs and a cooker and hob ( no cooker extractor) microwave and fridge. A door leads off the living and kitchen area to a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe.

La’l Stenkrith is a self-contained apartment with free on street parking adjacent to the beautifully scenic Stenkrith Park in the rural market town of Kirkby Stephen which lies at the head of the Eden Valley. Recently refurbished it is situated between the North Penines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is convenient for the Lake District, North Yorkshire Moors, Pennine Way and Coast 2 Coast route, there are plenty of places to walk and explore.

Like walking or cycling? Use our extensive knowledge of routes, use our boot wash, indoor bike store, bike wash & work station and drying room.

This very old, very tiny cottage offers guests a truly cosy place to stay. You’ll find everything you need in just 18 square metres! Ideal for couples and walkers to enjoy a getaway amongst the beautiful countryside of the North Pennines. The approach to Kipling Cottage is stunning and gives you your first glimpse of the beautiful rolling countryside. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for toddlers/small children, and all children must be declared during the booking process.

On the outskirts of Winton in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside in AONB is our 2 bedroom/4 person (including children) holiday cottage. This cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Be in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, breath in our fresh air and come home every day to your own modern yet country-feeling cottage. Hot tub, seating area at the back, and private entrance all included. Please note there are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Hot tub can be used at anytime

The Mill, Rutter Falls,

Comfortable converted watermill sleeping one or two couples, overlooking a spectacular waterfall, in the tranquil Eden Valley, between Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The deep pool below the falls is ideal for cold-water swimming. Perfect for a romantic getaway, or watching abundant birds and wildlife, for honeymoons, anniversaries or engagements! You won't find accommodation closer to rushing water than this! No under 12s. Check in Fridays and Mondays only.
