It's a charming and cozy house with two spacious yards next to the beautiful Kamenicki Park. It is pretty close to the city center (5km) and the fortress (3km). On the opposite side of the river is a city bitch Strand (please note that during the beach season, on weekends, music from the beach can be heard). The house is also ideal for rent during the Exit festival.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful village home. The house is located on a spacious, fenced, and secluded yard in between Novi Sad and the village of Kać. Within 2 to 3 km you have access to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, a bank, and the post office. There is a second guest house on the property. There is a highly rated ethnic restaurant within walking distance, as well as hunting lodge and a horse club.
