The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently renovated with high standards of aesthetics. A fully equipped kitchen, a sunny and cool living room, a cozy bedroom with a queen size double comfy bed and a lovely small balcony are all yours. Fresh bath towels and bed linen, tips about Crete, and a free city guide with the hip spots of the town are provided so that you feel like a local. My house lies in the heart of Chania in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 800 m. away from the Old Town and only 15 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. An ideal spot for friends or couples to discover real Crete. The apartment is on the second floor of a family building and has been recently fully renovated in creative and effortless way. A small balcony with mountain view, a fully equipped kitchen,a sunny and cool living room and a cozy bedroom with a double comfy bed are all yours ! You will also be pleased to find lots of English books, a high-speed internet connection, a coffee machine, air conditioning and fresh cretan products that will be waiting for you in the house to make your stay relaxing and memorable. Fresh bath towels and bed linens, tips about Crete, and a free city guide with the hip spots of the town are provided so that you feel like a local. During your stay we will assist you any time needed. Within walking distance you will find the Central Bus Station (400 m.), grocery stores, supermarkets (300 m) and a pharmacy (100 m.) In case you want to take a trip , the exotic beach of Falassarna, the astonishing lagoon of Balos and the breathtaking Samaria gorge are highly reccomended! My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

Kick back in the cream Acapulco rocking chair before whipping up a snack in the chic gray kitchen. The house is on the ground floor and it is appropriate for couples and families. The inside is properly arranged with a fully operational kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and 1 bedroom and one private bathroom. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils, amenities and many more. The apartment is located on the ground floor. We will wait for you at the house upon your arrival to welcome you, show you the house and give you the keys. Furthermore we will provide you a city map, suggest you nice places to visit and things to do. During your vacations we will be always available in case you need help with anything. Calm, tranquil Chalepa has a rich history, with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most aristocratic quarter of Chania. Just minutes from the house, there is a small rocky beach that looks and feels like a swimming pool. There is a bus stop nearby, only 2 blocks away, that services the Sodi and Chalepa buses, both of which come and go downtown. Very close to this bus stop there is a taxi station. Otherwise, you can always come by car. There are plenty of free parking spots available just out of the apartment. For reservations over 10 nights we provide to our guests one extra cleaning and linens change of the apartment free of charge Calm, tranquil Halepa has a rich history, with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most aristocratic quarter of Chania. Just minutes from the house, there is a small rocky beach that looks and feels like a swimming pool.
