Οι βίλες Vlamis αποτελούνται από 4 παρακείμενα διαμερίσματα και ένα ξεχωριστά, την Junior Villa. Η βίλα ανακαινίστηκε το 2023. Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Pachnes has 4 luxury apartments: Pi (6 guests), Alpha (4 guests), Chi (4 guests), and Ni (2 guests). This is Alpha with a king-size bed in 1 bedroom, a double bed in the attic, large windows, blackout blinds, verandas, and terrace with city skyline and natural landscapes. The modern design comes with top-of-the-line appliances. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee area. The property offers a large shared pool and a baby pool for the four apartments.

Enjoy a bright one-bedroom apartment in the peaceful Kalathas neighborhood, Chania. It features a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and a balcony with partial sea views. Guests have access to free street parking. Restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies are nearby. The sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk, and the Old Town of Chania is 10 minutes by car. A beautiful,traditional villa 5 minutes walk from Agios Onoufrios beach and the local restaurant. The villa was renovated in January 2025. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an extra wc next to the living room with washing machines and dryer. The outdoor area is spacious with a private pool and a smaller pool with hydro massage. In the outdoor area there are also 6 comfortable sun-beds with thick leather mattress,a dining area and a gas barbecue.
