It is made mainly of wood, stone and natural rock. The traditional Villa Kamara is an ideal retreat for nature lovers and it has primarily been designed as the lifetime dream of the owner. A car is needed for your stay since you can find many taverns, two supermarkets and a bakery at about 5 km away.

Kolymbari offers all kinds of shop's, super market's and excellent restaurant's specializing in local seafood! You can also drive to the divine beaches of Balos, Falasarna, or Elafonissi in 30-60 minutes. The town of Chania is a 30 min (28km) drive,and the airport is 50 min (46km) the busy Town of Kasteli (Kissamos ) is a 15min drive!
