Really nice 1bd house in a nice neighborhood, close to everything you need and a short bus ride to Athens metro system. Reasonable price and nice owners. Recommend.

Let me first say, if you have kids, this is your place! I always have a hard time finding the perfect place for my kids and this is definitely the spot! A FULL toy/play room, basketball court outside, soccer goals, outdoor play place - what more could you want???? Very peaceful, yet still close (driving) to great restaurants. I highly recommend, especially if you have a family!

We could not be more happy with this rental. Γιώργος met us personally at the home and showed us around; a human touch not taken for granted. He was very responsive to our needs, always replying within 30 minutes or less. It was a comfortable accommodation for a family of 9 (which included 3 children). We enjoyed cooking from home and dining out on the large, outdoor table with the great view of the sea. Do keep in mind that while there is a bus close by - which we took and easily made our way to the port - if you are with a larger group, especially with children - having your own car is highly recommended.

Zisis and George were very polite and responsive. A house is clean, all furniture is comfortable. There are 3 bathroom, big living room. Amazing view for the sea and the mountains! I recommend!

Amazing Stay at Gina's Villa in Alimos! 🌟 We had such a fantastic time at Gina's villa! First of all, Gina was incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. The villa itself was not only beautiful but also exceptionally well-equipped. Every appliance and household item you could need was there, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. ☀️ Gina also recommended a taxi driver (a friend of hers), and he was super nice! Having a reliable and friendly driver made getting around so much easier and more enjoyable. Check-out was equally perfect. Gina went out of her way to make sure everything was smooth and that we had everything we needed. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you, Gina, for making our trip to Alimos truly unforgettable! 😊

Very clean, Huge balcony with a beautiful view of the city and sea. We stayed as a family with an 18 month old baby and the house was fully equipped appropriate for babies such as crib, high chair, training potties and toys. It has own garage parking with a beautiful green garden. We felt very at home during our stay and host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

We felt so lucky to have found such a great place . The location was perfect and the air conditioning worked which was really important. You could walk everywhere and felt safe and lots of great restaurants and places of interest nearby although the street itself was quiet and has a lovely view. One bed was hard and one a bit softer so worth checking out which to sleep in if you’re fussy about beds ( which I am). the only complaint was the pillows were all high. Too high for my neck so I had to improvise but they were fine for my companions. Do ask the owner about directions via local landmarks ( such as the nearby school or car park) as it was tricky to find when we first arrived but well worth the effort. Would happily stay there again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place and krassy is very nice person

We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

This place was great! Exactly what we were looking for... near enough to Athens to go into the city, but it's own peaceful place next to a park with beautiful views! The house was amazing! Lots of space. Very clean. All the little amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. And lots of fun things for the family to do together... hot tub, billiards, foosball, ping ping, board games, outdoor space. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

Έκανα κρατήσει για 4 μέρες και το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο όλα καθαρά τακτοποιημένα δεν έλειπε τίποτα , βγήκα νερά ,χυμούς και σοκολάτες που ήταν για μια βδομάδα για τα παιδιά μου. Το σπίτι ήταν ευχάριστο με την φρεσκάδα του επειδή έξω είχε πολύ ζέστη , τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα , έχει πολύ μεγάλο χώρο για μεγάλη οικογένεια με παιδιά , η πισίνα ήταν πεντακάθαρη . Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι δεν έλειπε τίποτα τα είχε όλα τα Απαραίτητα που χρειαζόμασταν για να φάμε . Έχουμε μείνει πολύ ευχαριστημένοι !! Το έχω είδη προτείνει στους συγγενείς , και το ξανά σκέφτομαι να ξανά πάω του χρόνου!!! Όσο για την κοπέλα που είναι πολύ φιλική ευγενική και μας έκανε να Νοιώθουμε σαν το σπίτι μας !!! Τα είχε προετοιμάσει όλα και δεν χρειάζονταν να αγοράσουμε τίποτα στα σούπερ μάρκετ ! Ένα μεγάλο ΜΠΡΑΒΟ στην κοπέλα!!!! High recommended !!!

Andy a été d’une parfaite disponibilité pendant notre séjour. De l’organisation à notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Le lieu est situé au calme à 30 minutes du centre d’Athènes et à l’écart de la circulation automobile. La vue qui surplombe la métropole grecque et au loin la mer est inégalable. What a fantastic host, George is very responsive and is on hand if anything is needed. Beautiful home with a lovely pool and surrounding gardens. The pool is a tad chilly but is refreshing in the hot weather. The place is very peaceful but the odd plane can be heard due to the flight path. This didn’t cause any issues for us. The house had everything we needed and George very kindly provided us some food for our stay which was a lovely touch. Car hire is definitely needed to get out and about as nothing is walkable and it’s nice to explore the nearby towns and restaurants. Overall a fantastic stay and is perfect for larger groups.

Marianthi was an amazing host! Extremely helpful and responsive. The property is perfect for a relaxing stay and it looks amazing in real life in a way that can’t be seen through photos. We would definitely choose to stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone that is looking for a stay in the area!!

Bu ev sahibi gerçekten işini çok iyi yapıyor. Çok saygılı ve çok temiz insanlar. Eve gittiğimiz de mutfakta ki buzdolabında gece geç gelmiş ve açık bir market bulamayacak bir aile için meyve , peynir, içeçek, ekmek vs vardı… makarna vs şarap. Harika bir karşılama👏👏👏. George harika bir ev sahibi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Biz evdeyken havuz temizleme ekibi geldi ve o kadar hassaslar ki gelip temizliği yapıp gittiklerini bile anlayamadık. Harika bir ekip , harika bir villa…
