The holiday flat has been furnished with everything that is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Soca valley offers you unique opportunities to explore the natural and cultural heritage of the Tolminska region. Apart from several museums, there are well maintained trails leading to places of cultural interest and energy spots. All those seeking adrenaline thrills can choose from a wide range offered in the region. The LOM holiday flat is also an ideal place to stay for hunters, fishermen and bikers. During the summer, visitors can enjoy the local festivals catering for a variety of musical and culinary tastes.

Apartment Chilly is situated in a peaceful area Mlino, 800m/10min walk to Lake Bled. Apartment is all new, cozy and warm. You will have unique view on the mountains from the bedroom and terrace. On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Ground-floor apartment in a restored 1920s stone house above the Soča Valley, located in Vrsno (7 km from Kobarid). Charming interiors with original 1940 kitchen and bathroom tiles, living room with a large seating area, bedroom and private garden can house up to 3 guests. You can also enjoy shared spaces, including the vine-covered garden with loungers and hammocks, fire pit and grill. ~10 minutes drive from the Soča River and from Triglav National Park. Airport pickup can be arranged.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.
