Spa n5 is only 5 mimutes by walk. Supermarket 2 minutes. Taxi and bus station is 5 minutes by walk. Spa no.5 (Alžbětiny lázně), where you can use swimming pool and spa procedures are 5 minutes by walk from the apartment. A local fee of CZK 50 per adult per night is payable on site.

La Bohème apartment

The flat is conveniently located just 2 minutes (230 m) from the main bus station and also to the Becherovka Museum (city centre). The 1st-floor, hight ceiling apartment has a simple, artsy atmosphere and it is located in a 140 year -old, neo-classical building. This is not a high end (luxury) type of accomodation! It consists of 2 completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room), kitchen, bathroom, hallway and small balcony. A bohemian flat loved by our artist guests.

Dům kde se apartmán nachází je nejstarší v dané části Karlových Varů. Naproti na patře je 2. apartmán s názvem KON-TIKI (54m2 LOFT), který máme také v nabídce. Vzdálenosti k orientačním bodům ve městě: 750 m Muzeum Jan Becher, 50 m Penny Market, 450 m autobusový terminál směr Praha 60 m zastávka MHD. Parkování ZDARMA za rohem.

Náš nový apartmán Garden´s 43 jsme připravili pro všechny, kteří si chtějí užít kouzlo Karlových Varů a bydlet přitom úplně v centru, na začátku kolonády, s výhledem na hotel Thermal, v blízkosti restaurací, obchodů a Alžbětiných lázní, takže to budete mít všude kousek. Apartmán je velký cca 110 metrů, má dvě hlavní ložnice s manželskými postelemi, pracovnu, kterou lze využít k přespání dalších hostů, dvě koupelny a prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem.|
