Welcome to our cozy lakeside cottage with private sauna on the Arctic Circle, a warm retreat where Nordic simplicity meets soulful comfort. Set on 2.7 ha of private land with direct access to Lake Miekojärvi, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and feel again. We are Joakim from Sweden and Jenny from Germany. We fell in love with the stillness and beauty of Arctic Finland, and we’re excited to share our cottage, and a little piece of that magic, with guests from around the world.

Experience the calm beauty of Lapland in a bright and cosy cabin overlooking Lake Miekojärvi. Here, time slows, the air is clear, and nature is always close. Each cabin offers panoramic lake views, a private outdoor hot tub, designed for rest, warmth, and connection. Just an hour from Rovaniemi Airport, Tyven is where silence feels real and every season brings its own magic: northern lights in winter, endless light in summer, calm reflections on still water or snowy magical landscapes.

Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Viihtyisä mökki upean Tornionjoen rannalla

Villa Väylän Helmi sijaitsee Ylitornion kunnassa, Kaulinrannan kylän Marjosaaressa. Saari on rauhallinen maalaismiljöö, jossa sijaitsee lähinnä loma-asuntoja. Tornionjoen varrella sijaitseva mökki on kalastajien ja jokimaisemaa rakastavien lomailijoiden valinta. Marjosaaressa on loistava paikka katsella ja kuvata revontulia. Lähistöllä on useita nähtävyyksiä ja mahdollisuus harrastaa erilaisia aktiviteetteja. Voit helposti vierailla myös Ruotsissa, jonne pääsee Aavasaksan sillan kautta.

Arctic Lakeside Miekojärvi

Tervetuloa Miekojärvelle – aidolle Lapin kesälomalle puhtaan luonnon ja upeiden järvimaisemien äärelle. Nauti 200 metriä pitkästä yksityisestä hienohiekkaisesta uimarannasta, rantasaunasta suoraan järven rannalla sekä kesäkeittiöstä. Yöttömät yöt, järviuinti ja kalastus tekevät tästä täydellisen kesämökkikokemuksen – ilman ruuhkia. Sisällä talossa odottavat sauna, takka ja avara oleskelutila. Lapin rauha ja luonnon hiljaisuus aivan omalla rannalla. Täydellinen irtioton paikka arjesta.

A cozy and peaceful riverside house by the Tornio River, close to the Arctic Circle. Across the river you’ll see Sweden. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and, on dark nights, the Northern Lights right outside. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a convenient stop on your way to Lapland or Norway. Great fishing in summer. In winter, Ritavaara Ski Resort is 35 km away and Aavasaksa slopes 28 km away. Distances: Rovaniemi 130 km, Levi 180 km, Ylläs 135 km, Kemi 100 km.

Hidasta elämää tässä pienessä saunallisessa hirsimökissä lammen rannalla. Ekologinen kohde sijaitsee pienessä kylässä ja lähellä pientä paikallistietä. Nauti illasta nuotion tai takan ääressä, katsele luontoa ja Lapin taivasta, hyvällä onnella näet revontulet. Löydä metsäpolut ja lämmitä puulämmitteistä saunaa. Aitoja lappilaisia kokemuksia ilman kaupungin ruuhkaa. Keskellä ei mitään, mutta kuitenkin kaiken keskellä!

Chalet finlandais au bord de la rivière

Le chalet se trouve dans un endroit paisible au bord de la rivière, au nord du cercle polaire, loin de toute lumière artificielle. Le ciel est dégagé dans toutes les directions – idéal pour admirer les aurores boréales. Vous pouvez les attendre au chaud dans le chalet ou dans le sauna au bord de l’eau, puis les contempler depuis la terrasse. Les balades en husky et la raquette sont toutes proches.

Villa Nivanranta- Tornionjoen rantatörmällä

Talo on siisti, vuonna 2017 sisältä täysin remontoitu. Luonnonkauniilla paikalla Tornionjoen rantatörmällä. Kesäisin loistavat mahdollisuudet lohenkalastukseen. Syksyisin metsästys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Talvisin ja keväisin loistavat mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun, reitti kulkee vierestä. Reilun 20 min ajomatkan päässä on Ritavalkean hiihtokeskus.
