Karystos : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Casa stupenda. Posizione tranquilla vista mare a ciarca 10 minuti d'auto da Karystos. Anche a piedi in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere alcune calette (ben riparate anche in caso di vento forte). Pulizia Ottima. Cucina accessoriata con tutto il necessario ( Inclusa macchina Nespresso). Presente lavatrice e asciugatrice. L'area esterna coperta permette di mangiare fuori. È presente anche una doccia esterna per quando si rientra dalla spiaggia. Tutte le finestre hanno le zanzariere. Presente un Box coperto per l'auto. La miglior casa che abbiamo mai affittato. Consiglio

Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο , καθαρό και με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές! Καλή τοποθεσία , ήσυχο μέρος κ πολύ κοντά σε μαγαζιά κλπ. Ωστόσο με ξένισε κάπως το γεγονός πως ο οικοδεσπότης αναγραφει στις παροχές πως υπάρχει παρκινγκ στην ιδιοκτησία κάτι το οποίο δεν ισχύει Κ όταν επικοινώνησα μου είπε πως μπορώ να αφήσω το όχημα μου οπουδήποτε θέλω εκτός ιδιοκτησίας κ πως επειδή είναι εύκολο να παρκάρεις έξω από το κατάλυμα για αυτό έχουν προσθέσει κ αυτήν την παροχή. Αυτό προσωπικά για εμένα είναι «κοροϊδία» καθώς για κάποιους ανθρώπους κάποιες παροχές είναι κ τα κριτήρια τους για να κλείσουν ένα κατάλυμα. Επίσης δεν μου είχε στείλει κωδικούς για το locker της κλειδαριάς μέχρι 1 ώρα πριν γίνει επιτρεπτή η αναχώρηση στο κατάλυμα ,ώσπου χρειάστηκε να της στείλω εγώ για να μου τους δώσει αφότου μάλιστα με ρώτησε αν έχω φτάσει προτού τους δώσει. Καθόλου ευχαριστημένη με το όλο κομμάτι της επικοινωνίας κ τις αναληθείς παροχές του καταλύματος . Το σπίτι όμως αξιόλογο!

Everything was perfect! The unit was clean and beautiful! Communication was great! The location was central which is what we were looking for. We would definitely come back.

I stayed for a day in Rafina. The location was absolutely beautiful, the view from the balcony was incredible, though if you want to watch the sunrise, I recommend waking up early and going to the bench just across from the building. Amazing price as well

Very nice place with wonderful owners that are willing to help out any way they can. Not one wrong thing to write. Thank you for your great hospitality and as soon as we visit Greece again, I’m sure we will try to rent your apartment out. Ps they also speak polish. 5+++

If you wanna feel home, feel peace and serenity then this cozy home is where you should stay. Konstantinos is extremely friendly and kind, he even came to pick me up when the taxi driver lost his way and left me in the middle of nowhere, the place is beautiful loaded with everything you need, very clean and specious. I stayed for one night, but looking forward to stay again whenever I back to Greece, I even wall between the greenery to have a great coffee in a nearby coffee shop.

Bardzo polecam to miejsce! Dom leży w spokojnym miejscu, posiada dobre wyposażenie kuchenne oraz wygodne materace. Właściciele są bardzo sympatyczni i otwarci. Przywitali nas lokalnymi wypiekami oraz zapraszali do wspólnego stołu. Czuliśmy się tu jak w domu ♥️ Bill wskazywał restauracje i miejsca które warto odwiedzić. Bardzo chętnie tu wrócimy 😊

From the moment I saw the photos I just knew I have to visit this place Remote ( but not too remote:) Peaceful , beautiful place by its nature, and the made by man ( woman:) additions gave it the final magical touch ❤️ amazing view, big big dining table right in front of it, beautiful pull and the rustic, magical, stone and wood houses. What more can anyone want :)

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Η οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ ευγενική και απαντούσε πάντα. Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες και μπορούσαμε να έχουμε τα σκυλάκια μας και ή περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη με ιδιοτικοτητα.Εκανα την προετοιμασία του γάμου μου και περάσαμε πολύ ωραία !

Sofia's flat is simply lovely, the location is quiet and the sea easily accessible on foot, close to restaurants and pubs, not far from two clubs where you can rent windsurfing equipment. Taxi to and from the airport is easy with Uber. Highly recommended! ;))))

Ήταν ευγενέστατοι και βοηθητικοί. Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Περάσαμε τέλεια!

Elena y su hija nos contactaron el día antes y estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada. Nos explicaron el funcionamiento de todo (calefacción, WiFi, etc.). El alojamiento contaba con desayuno de verdad: buen café, huevos, queso, mantequilla, pan, mermelada... Fueron muy amables y atentos. Es un buen lugar para ir al aeropuerto o para ir a Atenas en coche y volver por la tarde a un sitio tranquilo. Tiene una terraza preciosa para los huéspedes y el apartamento es moderno y elegante.

Fijn huis met een super mooie tuin! We hebben echt een hele fijne week gehad in het huisje. Goed en snel contact met Marios, en heel fijn dat wij tot de vlucht in het huisje konden verblijven. Enige wat wij iets minder vonden was het bed. We moesten echt kruipend het bed in. Heeft ook wel wat leuks maar ik dacht dat het wat ruimer was.

Very accommodating and responsive host. Place was perfect for a solo traveler needing a little saltwater therapy. Nice location in the middle of Porto Rafti. Condo was well stocked with almost any kitchen utensil you might need/want. AC was an amazing amenity to have in the heat—nice lil remote work space on the balcony. Many thanks

Eimillia, מנהלת הדירה אישה לבבית מאוד, שירותית, נחמדה. היא הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה ונתנה מענה מצוין לכל דבר שביקשנו. אין בדירה Netflix . חדר האמבטיה מאוד קטן מאתגר עבור אנשים גבוהים וגדולים. אם תהיה לנו אפשרות נבוא שוב בעיקר לפגוש את Eimmillia.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή σε ένα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα! Ηταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε κάθε μας ερώτηση. Η πισίνα ήταν υπέροχη, πεντακάθαρη και σε συνδιασμό με τον κήπο γινόταν το ιδανικό μέρος για στιγμές χαλάρωσης . Περασαμε υπέροχα και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, ειδικά για οικογένειες ή όσους θέλουν ήρεμες και ποιοτικές διακοπές. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!!

Wir haben die letzten Tage der Saison genutzt und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie war modern und hat einen schönen großen Balkon. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren von hoher Qualität und außer deutschem Fernsehen hat uns nichts gefehlt☺️
