This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. This idyllic retreat enjoys convenient proximity, just 30 mins from the airport and 50 mins from vibrant Athens. The iconic Temple of Poseidon is a mere 10-minute drive away. Lavrio city is easily accessible, less than 4 mins by car. The surrounding area boasts stunning beaches. The closest beach is 2 mins away, renowned as one of the region's most popular and well-appointed.

It is a traditional stoned build property just a breath away from the sea, with an amazing view of the wonderful port of Loutra as wel as cosmopolitan Agia Irini . The fully air conditioned and equipped studio has futhermore a big yard around the house and with this incrediple view is perfect for getaway from the hustle bustle of city life.

This beautiful little house is located in the center of Lavrion, very close to the port (10 minutes walk from the house). Within a 5-minute walk there are many traditional restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and bars. The Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is a 25-minute drive .The magnificent Temple of Poseidon is an 8-minute drive or a 15-minute by bus.This home offers privacy and cosiness to its guests.

Beachfront Studio in Leykes Kythnos

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
