Waterfront house on the Redondo Beach Boardwalk. Large groups will rest easy at this 7 bedroom luxury home, but respectfully no parties and no outside noise after 11pm. This gem is located in one of Seattle’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Walk along the quaint, waterfront boardwalk to Salty's (temp closed). Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. The shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom, private but not heated.
