Unzählige Lokale und Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch zum Bahnhof ist der Fußmarsch nicht länger als zehn Minuten. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmöglichkeiten ist man auch rasch am Wörthersee (ca. 7km).Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe ausreichend vorhanden.

Das Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Es wurde 2023 komplett neu gestaltet. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.
