The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania. Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Old tannery House with amazing sea view veranda!

Once an old family tannery, this home is now a cozy retreat for guests worldwide. Enjoy easy sea access just 5 meters across the road for a quick swim. With its own entrance, downstairs offers a kitchen, comfy living area with dining table, 2 sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs, a peaceful bedroom opens to a terrace. Outside, a veranda with dining table and sunbeds awaits. WiFi and air conditioning are provided in all rooms. In walking distance, you find restaurants, cafes, bakeries, museums, etc

Hestia is located in a peaceful neighborhood of Nea Chora, close to the city centre and the Old Harbour and 100 meters away from the beach. The decor is minimal, based on earth colours, giving emphasis to the stone walls, which have been preserved after the renovation of the house in 2017. The bathroom is spacious, connected to the bedroom, the kitchen is separate and there are two courtyards back and front. It is fully equipped with household appliances and offers dedicated internet access.

Antonia Traditional Estate, a brand new fully equipped estate, designed with Venetian characteristics is located in the heart of the Old Town of Chania ( just 1’ away from the city center). La Maison de Marianthi à la vieille ville

La maison de Marianthi est une pittoresque maison ancienne, entièrement rénovée(2022) et entièrement meublée au coeur de la vieille ville de La Canée. C'est une maison en pierre traditionnelle et a été construite en 1920. Elle se trouve à quelques pas du port Vénitien et du centre-ville. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στα Χανιά, στη περιοχή των Κουνουπιδιανών (7 χλμ. από το Ενετικό λιμάνι Χανίων). Μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία κοντά σε πολλές παραλίες (4 χλμ) και στο αεροδρόμιο (6 χλμ). Το σπίτι είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο για να φιλοξενήσει οικογένειες, φίλους ή ζευγάρια στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια και μεγάλο σαλόνι. Έχει θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα.
