Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. Le Chalet Heidi und Peter est situé dans un quartier paisible de San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, entouré de montagnes. La propriété de 2 étages se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, de 3 chambres et de 2 salles de bains et peut donc accueillir 8 personnes. Les équipements supplémentaires comprennent le Wi-Fi avec un espace de travail dédié pour le télétravail, une machine à laver ainsi qu'une télévision.
