Located in a laid back hidden alley in the centre of the old town of Parikia and just a few steps away from the pedestrian market street. The built house is embracing the island’s tranquility by offering you everything you need within a few square meters and a veranda with heart opening views over a traditional Cycladic chapel and a little park full of pomegranate trees.

It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Située dans une propriété privée, cette maison de vacances fraîchement rénovée est au cœur de la nature. L’environnement est paisible et le grand jardin bordé d’arbres garantit calme et tranquillité. L’accès privé à la plage est à quelques pas seulement. La maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes, elle est entièrement équipée pour assurer des vacances reposantes. La ville de Parikia, capitale de l’île, est située à 10-15 minutes à pied.

The “Agia Anna Apartment One” is locate in Parikia, the capital of Paros island. It is complete renovated in March of 2019. It is 40 square meters and it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, a studio (kitchen, living room, dining room with double sofa-bed), a small office and separate veranda. It is just 100 meters from a sandy beach for swimming and seaside street with restaurants and the coffees.
