Dans le quartier prisé de La Preneuse, il dispose de deux chambres avec lit queen (160 x 190), d’une salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, d’une cuisine, d’un salon et d’un balcon — tous équipés de l’essentiel pour un séjour confortable. Espace fumeur sur le balcon. L’appartement n’est pas particulièrement adapté aux jeunes enfants.
