This spacious, self-contained one bedroom abode is nestled within two acres of verdant retreat. The open kitchen, living, and dining area invite you to indulge in cherished moments while a cozy sofa bed and queen air mattress stand ready to accommodate additional guests. The expansive patio is adorned with extra seating and a BBQ The pool awaits beneath the warm California sun. Simply notify the owners, and the pool is yours to enjoy. Self-check-in and ample parking space is available.

Toad Hollow Guest Suite

Guest suite downstairs of a modern alley home in McKinley Park. It's set up like an extended stay, with a bed, table/chairs, and simple kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water boiler for coffee/tea). Parking is available on nearby streets. Shared HVAC system with main house. AC is on a timer and can be turned on at request. A space heater is available in the room to augment whole house heating. Please note that this is near an active (and noisy) train line.

Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, it is conveniently minutes to the major freeway 50 and many nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shopping plazas. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Welcome you to private studio with separate self-check-in entrance, and an exterior security camera to monitor the sloped driveway with a free 1 uncovered parking space. Enjoy this private suite with full bathrooms, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, washer and dryer.

We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!

The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!
