Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Whether you're traveling with a large family, a few families or group of friends, you're going to enjoy this great home. Centrally located between 30A and Pier Park, yet far enough away from all of the noise and crowds. You can enjoy relaxing by your private pool or go to the beautiful white sandy beaches just a 5 minute walk away. We're located close to attractions but far enough away to escape the noise and crowds.

Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with its identical twin (unit A). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

Nestled in Laguna Beach 300 steps to 2 beautiful beach accesses & a ten minute drive to trendy 30A, this little old beach cottage is so cosy & peaceful. A screened front porch for your morning coffee or afternoon nap & a back porch for dining under the lights. An outdoor shower with hot & cold water. This little place is old and quirky but the AC is new and the charm & location can't be beat! I travel for work and with notice may be in the guest house which is not rented out to others.
