Private 1500 sqft furnished Apt 2 BR Apt sleeps 5 with 3 beds, Optonal xtra Queen BR is downstairs, will be $25 more per night. Only you will be in the Apt and is upstairs, with balcony, Laundry room downstairs, has Fiber Optic cable and smart TV, yard: gas BBQ and gated parking. A shared public 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. Mountain/ dirt bikers, fisherman, snowmobilers and outdoor adventurers, this is a great base camp to explore the Lost Sierra! , pull through driveway for your trailers, boats and bikes. This tiny home has a king size bed and a couch /hide-a-bed, AC, BBQ, fire pit, smart TV/DVD. Located right off Grizzly Rd, forest service roads start in a 1/4 mile, Lake Davis 2 min, Middle Fork Feather 10 min. Spring : birds/wildflowers ;Summer-lake time, Fall aspens, Winter xc skiing at Lake Davis.

New amenities include: high-speed unlimited WiFi, new kitchen counter with bar stools, upgraded solar batteries for more power, and a rebuilt deck. A private rustic driveway takes you past the "Wild & Scenic" Feather River, into the mountains to this peaceful getaway, just 1.5 miles from town. Close to groceries & restaurants, a great base camp!

In Gold Country

Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer and coffee. The mountain tap water is great to drink. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a Fire TV set up for streaming shows. Another Fire TV is in the bedroom. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)
