High-end lovely home with Hot tub and lock-up garage. Tastefully presented, neat and tidy. We were a family of 4 adults, this home was perfect, well located warm and cozy. we would stay here again in future if available. Recommend this property to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the heart of Wanaka.

Fabulous spot to stay if you are visiting Wanaka. The house layout is great, gets lots of sun and walking distance from the lake. Had all amenities we needed, highly recommend.

Thanks for having us to stay, it was perfect for four couples. The kitchen was well equipped with a good microwave, dishwasher etc. Lovely and warm gas fire, once we held down the buttons long enough🤣 As it was a cloudy and wet Easter we appreciated that. great communication with our host.

We had a truely wonderful time in this Wanaka Bach. It is well situated, walking distance to all amenities. The Bach was very comfortable and the fire place was a delight when it got colder. Lynette and Paul are very considerate thoughtful host and nothing was too much trouble.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! The house itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, but what truly made it special was the surrounding area. The open field nearby offered stunning autumn views, and on clear nights, we could even see the Milky Way right from the property—a magical experience! Highly recommend this house to anyone seeking both comfort and natural beauty.

Wonderful house in wonderful Arrowtown. Opposite Millbrook resort and two outstanding golf courses, 2 mins to Arrowtown and its joyful charm of historic sites, stores, galleries, cafes, restaurants, nook bars, and cinema and bookstore. 4 mins to the outstanding Mora and Akarua vineyard restaurants and to Ayeburn, the sprawling, stylish culinary, vineyard and garden experience with dining rooms, bars, bakeries, water walks. Arrowtown is nestled in the commanding Wakatipu Basic and bordered by the Coronet and Remarkables ranges. 9 Flynn Lane is modern, tasteful, well equipped, the kitchen and living space are roomy and comfortable, the pot-bellied fire is great to get going in the morning, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuites, working space. We will be back. Ron is a Superhost for good reason; he anticipates your needs, responds promptly, offers a very livable home away from home in this spectacular, ambient natural environment.

Townhouse was a great place to stay for our visit to Wanaka. Unit has everything you need, very clean and comfortable. It is just a short walk across the carpark to great coffee and pastries from Pembroke Patisserie and Albies Tavern.

Beautiful immaculate Loft barn apartment with views of the countryside out to the lake. Loved staying here as peaceful and so relaxing sitting with wood fireplace each evening. Lovely well appointed kitchen too. Favourite accommodation thus far in all NZ travels and wished it was a longer stay. Will definitely try to return and stay again. Highly recommend. Lucie is a great host who was friendly and responsive.

This place is right on the edge of the lake, just a stones-throw to town. The outlook is stunning, the accommodation is so cozy and homely - it was like living in something from a magazine.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when we had an issue with TV, we didn’t have to leave property as everything we needed for our trip was only seconds away. Will definitely come back to stay

We had a great stay at Victorias place over Easter Weekend while we were up from Southland for Wheels at Wanaka. The property was very clean, tidy & as described/displayed in the pictures. We were really pleasantly surprised at how quiet the property was! I was worried that with it being a ground floor unit that we might experience noise from the house on top, but we barely heard a peep! The property is also situated in a really quiet area, in a cul de sac near the base of Mt Iron, so there was also zero traffic noise - fantastic for us country folk who are used to the quiet life! Victoria was great on the communication front & very obliging with extra requests we made. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a great stay here. Our children really enjoyed using the amenities (pool, ping pong, tennis courts)! The apartment was a great size for our family, clean, well appointed and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Check in/out was great, it’s in a great location, and we would love to stay here again! Thanks!

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans le magnifique appartement de Rachel. L'appartement est meublé avec goût et est extrêmement bien équipé. Il est à 10-15 minutes à pied du lac et du centre de Wanaka, ce qui est très pratique. Rachel est une hôte très réactive et agréable, qui répond rapidement et est très disponible. Il y a des recommandations dans l'appartement quant à quoi faire dans le coin également. Nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour en famille et recommandons donc fortement cet appartement!

Great location. Walking distance to town and lake. Quiet rear section. Villa was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. A home away from home.

Cardrona Village villas (next to the Cardrona Hotel) are the best place to stay if you are doing days up on Cardrona (for either mountainbiking or skiing). Long days up on the mountain are followed up perfectly with long evenings in the pool and spa. Great location and lovely setting.

Amazing house in a beautiful scenic spot right on the lake. Photos don’t do justice. Super cozy and all the conveniences you could want. Right on lake Hayes walking path. Very responsive. Wine and local tips on arrival were lovely extra touch Our kids loved it too

The villa was beautiful and close to hotel and restaurant. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the food in the restaurant was amazing! This is a real treasure with all this history. Beautiful set up garden too!
