The house was wonderful. My family and I felt comfortable there. The kids had plenty of room to run around. Dylan was a great host.

Kelly, was a great hoist very responsive when messaged. Place is beautiful it is about 20 to 30 minute drive to nearest grocery store, so need to stop in Hot Springs Village to get anything you need or want plus need to get ice if you use ice. This place is awesome we did not go kayaking due to me injuring my knee before leaving to go there. I recommend this place wife and I enjoyed it. Very peaceful and quiet no neighbors for miles. Hope to go there again.

It was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The fire pit and lake were our favorite place to be. Communication was easy and very pleasant. We were so grateful to be able to check in a little early and stay a little later. The house was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and my favorite was the bath and hot water. We hope to have a girls trip there again. I would highly recommend the host the location and everything in-between...

Cannot give this place less than five stars. The location was gorgeous, clean, organized, and easily accessible. The property is also conveniently close enough to downtown to have a good time but far enough away to have a peaceful afternoon when you need it. The hosts were very organized, responsive with any questions, and were extremely hospitable. This place has everything you need especially for larger guest stays. Would 10 times out of 10 stay here again!!!

Doyet was a very friendly outgoing host with many local recommendations. The house situated on Lake Hamilton has great views and is convenient to all that Hot Springs has to offer. Check in was easy and communication fast if any questions arose. Thanks again Doyet!

Stayed for a week. The house was very clean, cozy and had all of the necessities. The location sits on top of a hill that makes it more isolated from the neighbors, thus making it a peaceful and tranquil getaway.

The cottage had thoughtful accommodations for my family trip. My daughter and I loved the stay and loved that we were able to rent a paddleboat right from the property's dock.

This is a great space. There are so many sitting areas to enjoy the relaxation and seclusion. I will recommend this spot to everyone in my home town of Monroe/West Monroe Louisiana that is looking for a couples retreat. The place is also so close and easy to everything a person might come to Hot Springs for (very important). We will come back, for sure. Thank you Donna and Luke

We loved the cabin. The host thought of everything we would need for our stay. Plenty of towels, phone chargers, and kitchen equipment. The reusable food containers came in handy for our picnic trip to the state park. Movie night in the bunk room with the kids, meals on the screened in deck, and s’mores at the fire pit were a hit. Lots of family memories made. Would definitely recommend to others!

This place was absolutely beautiful and such a cozy home. Kristi was responsive and the communication was great. She even let us check-in a couple hours early since the place was vacant the day before. The only con was the hot tub needed a part ordered and it wasnt going to be installed until after our trip ended. My gf and I were not able to enjoy it the first night. However, it started heating up and it work the rest of our trip! This also was not a damper on our vaction, as we decided to extend our stay for another night because we liked it so much! I brought some poles and we fished off the private dock, enjoyed staying in while it stormed and rested in the hot tub at night. All of her TVs were connected to all the streaming platforms, making movie nights an ease. I would love to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the kayaks they provide, as it was too cold to enjoy them.This place was very much worth it and we had an amazing time. Thank you for the great memories we made!

No words can adequately describe how awesome Dewitt is! His cottage is adorable, so so clean, and to top that off Dewitt will bend over backwards to see that you have a great time. It’s a perfect quiet escape and the views are amazing. This is our second stay here and we will be back! Feels like home away from home and Dewitt feels like your favorite family member. Don’t hesitate in booking your awesome stay so you can experience the serenity of Cozy Cottage.

Had a fantastic time here, the host are extremely freindly and pleasant to talk too. Good quality kyaks let us traverse the river and lake. Very close to city, able to reach tons of restraunts with a short drive.

Love the open floor plan, the main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, super cute picnic table out front, chairs and tables out back with a fire pit. The best part was in the evenings, the sunset was absolutely beautiful!

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and accommodated our party perfectly. It actually surpassed our expectations regarding amenities, and things to do on the property! We will definitely look to book this property again in the future. 5 stars all the way!!!

The cabin is very peaceful with amazing views and tasetfull decore. Couldn't ask for a better place to get away from it all and relax.

My wife and I decided to take a little anniversary trip and found this place on Airbnb. This place is an absolute beauty and gave us the private calm relaxing experience we were looking for. The shack is Cozy and the views are beautiful and the river is right there waiting for you. We had some car trouble unrelated to the Airbnb and Todd was very responsive and helpful in making sure our experience did not get ruined by that speed bump. We will absolutely be returning in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun stay. One last note whoever made the instructional signs around the house they are hilarious and they deserve a read from future guests. Read them all! Tips for future guests - The nearby town everything closes at 9pm and it is a dry county so BYOB!.

Colleen is a fantastic host. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We had a very fun and relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this place.

This place is incredibly peaceful—perfect for a quiet escape from the city. My wife loved doing yoga on the dock each morning, and the stillness at night was amazing. A great bonus was how close it is to Garvan Woodland Gardens, which was the main reason for our trip. It’s only about 10 minutes away, and we visited during the Tulip Extravaganza—absolutely beautiful! As others mentioned, the road in passes some rundown properties, but we never felt unsafe. The only downside was the bed. The mattress was comfortable, but it sits on a large platform that makes it awkward to get in and out of. It’s not the bed shown in the photos. There's also an RV parked next door. I believe the people who clean the home live there. They were very polite and quiet. The home was well-stocked, and thoughtful touches like laundry and dish soap were much appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

We loved everything about this cabin! The upstairs game room was perfect for my kids, and my favorite part was the back porch overlooking the foothills of the Ouachitas. The hot tub was crystal clear and very clean and the perfect way to end the day after hiking and exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. Tommy was always responsive and helpful, and kindly answered any questions I had about the cabin or the area. We would love to visit again one day and 10/10 recommend this home!
