This 2 bed 2 bath sits on a 1/2 acre lot with plenty of parking! The cottage is 12 minutes from Holden Beach and 12 minutes from Brunswick Medical center. The cottage has a fenced in backyard space fun and safe for the fur kids and the fur less! The cottage sits on the main road to Holden Beach, which is a very active rural route. Some new updates have recently been done to the Living room, Dining/Sun Porch area the lake view from inside the house is even better than before! There are two different shelters on the pier where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. You are driving distance from the state park where you can enjoy hiking. There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.

12 Oaks - Comfy well-appointed coastal retreat

12 Oaks is a stylish rental just a 10 min. drive to Holden Beach and a short walk to the intracoastal waterway. We are animal lovers and will allow adult house broken dogs under 20 lbs for an additional fee. Pete is a retired chef and his famous smoked pimento cheese and Ritz crackers await all quests. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
