I had a great time and experience with Johans listing! The flat itself was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. The facilities in the building were great too: a good pool, a decent gym and amazing views! It was close to a supermarket and the night market with super affordable grabs to key hotspot locations. Johan was a great host too - really friendly with fast, helpful responses. I would highly recommend!

Kimi was a very helpful host who responded to any questions I had within minutes. I was very happy with the place and had no issues whatsoever would highly recommend.

Incredible location, walking distance from One nimman and many 7-11s. Many other cool cafes and restaurants are located just a stone throw away. John was very patient with all my queries. The place was well equipped for our needs. All the appliances worked well. The washer was a saviour. The place even had an air purifier. Made us worry less about the burning season. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Amazing apartment in a great location. Really good facilities (gym, rooftop pool). Useful cafe downstairs (opens at 7am). The gave very clear instructions and was very responsive. Would thoroughly recommend :)

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Arthit's apartment in April. The apartment is very conveniently located near great restaurants, in a buzzing area of Chiang Mai. The rooftop gym and the pool was an added bonus - one that we made use of every day! The apartment itself had all the required amenities, including a washing machine, which was very useful. The cafe in the building lobby also served great coffee. Plus for the cost, we couldn't have found a better place suited to our needs. Arthit was very proactive and helpful too. Highly recommend, especially if traveling with kids.

Sylvia was very accommodating and the place had all the necessary tools to use for cooking and cleaning. It was a good stay and I would come again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chiang Mia. Pia was an amazing host, even through the earthquake. Would highly recommend.

The place is very close to the trendy "Nimman" area (5-10 min walk) and the great Maya shopping mall (sub 5min). It well situated to explore the Temples in the hills near Chiang Mai. From "old town" it is quite far, so you would hitch a ride. Due to airport proximity, you will hear some air planes starting but Chiang Mai airport is not very busy, also at night here are no planes. The apartment itself is quite small, but super clean and we felt right at home. It has everything you need (incl. Kitchen), but you probably want to order takeout anyway because so cheap in Chiang Mai and the restaurants are amazing. Internet is fast and stable, but the little desk in the bedroom is not ergonomic. The building is clean, and the neighbours are quiet. There is a pool and a small basic gym (no free weights though). The host is super helpful and responsive and when we had a problem instantly came by to help. Recommend 150%!! Thanks for the stay, we had a really great time!

We would highly recommend Bin’s condo for anyone looking to explore Chiang Mai. It is clean, comfortable, and well situated. The rooftop pool was welcome after hot days. Mint was an extremely helpful and responsive co-host!

Bob is a fantastic host, always prompt on his responses and very accommodating to his guest’s request :) the location on the apartment plus the host’s friendliness makes this short stay in Chiangmai really pleasant :)

We had a great stay at Lin’s Place and would definitely recommend it! The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, and having our own washing machine was a really nice bonus. Everything was very clean, and even though it seems a little outside the central walls of Chiang Mai, it’s actually right next to the night markets. The gym and pool were lovely, and overall, it’s an amazing place for the price. Would happily stay again!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.
