They are known for their restaurants, local shops and quaint downtowns. Area features outdoor activities: hiking trails, skiing and kayaking.

Welcome to Salt Hill House — a 1920’s cottage style house that’s been beautifully renovated with modern furnishings. You’ll be able to relax on the outside deck rocking chairs with a cup of coffee and cozy up around the fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked — from spices, coffee, baking essentials, pots/pans, to any small appliance you may need. The house is located just outside the quaint town of Leeds, 8 min from Catskill, 15 min from Hudson, and ~30 min from Windham/Hunter.

We recently rebuilt the entire interior of an old brick building and imagined the first floor (*** the entrance is at the back of our house***) as a guest unit for our friends & family during visits. When we do not have friends & family visiting, we are offering this space to you! We are architects by training and have placed our aesthetic energy in making this unit modern but also cozy.

Inside you’ll feel like you stepped into a ski lodge with 20-foot, wood ceilings, and a roaring gas fireplace. Downstairs, we have a pool table, air hockey table, and a 75 inch TV. Our outside deck is perfect for morning coffee, grilling during the day, and picture-perfect Catskill sunsets. Golf Course next door, you can walk right over to play.
