Wir vermieten unsere kleine Hütte nähe Zell am See. Sehr ruhige Lage am Waldrand mit kleinem Bach und fast keinen anderen Nachbarn (nur zwei weitere Ferienhäuser in der Nähe!) Einfach eingerichtet, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen und zwei weiteren Betten auf einer Empore im Wohnzimmer. Dort haben bis zu drei Personen/Kinder Platz. Es geht eine Leiter hinauf! Fernseher+Internet. Kleine Küche und einfaches Badezimmer! Geheizt wird mit einem automatischen Pelletofen.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Unser Haus liegt im Zentrum von Hochfilzen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um im Sommer Wander-, Fahrrad- oder Mountainbike-Touren zu unternehmen. Im Winter liegt das Skigebiet Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm für Alpin-Ski nur 5 Minuten per Auto entfernt. Langlaufloipen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof ist in unmittellbarer Nähe. Kurtaxe Euro 2,80 pro Person pro Nacht extra bei der Ankunft bar zu bezahlen sb November 2025 wird auf 3,90€ erhöht.

Der 700m2 große Garten lädt zum Verweilen und in lauen Sommernächten zu Grillabenden ein. 2 Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.
