Enjoy the ocean just 50m away, with nearby beaches, off-street parking and outdoor BBQ facilities. Indulge in a natural experience with seaweed baths, sandy beaches and a private slipway with mooring facilities.

Cosy studio apartment

Our studio apt is in the heart of Carraroe, 10 min walk will get you to the village where you'll find pubs, restaurant, shop, chemist and library, there's 4 beaches, the unique coral beach ( Tra an Doilin) is only a 3 minute drive or a scenic 20-25 minute walk ,well worth the walk, 10 min drive will get you to Ros a' mhíl (Rossaveal) port where you can get a ferry to the Aran Islands, we have high speed internet in the apt, you can catch a bus frequently to Galway city down on the main strip

Suas Thuas, at Dogs Bay beach, Roundstone.

Possibly one of the most beautiful views and locations overlooking Dogs bay beach and sitting at the foot of Errisbeg hill, 6 minute drive from the picturesque fishing village of Roundstone. Surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the west coast of Ireland. Looking out across the Atlantic Ocean at the Aran islands, gurteen beach and dogs bay beach. Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Tigh Johnny is a charming old cottage that has been renovated and modernised. It is warm and comfortable with underfloor heating powered by renewable energy. The cottage is located in a quiet area, offering stunning sea views and within a short walk of the famous Coral Beach (Trá an Dóilín). It is a great location to unwind, relax and enjoy the wonders of the West of Ireland. An Cheathrú Rua is a Gaeltacht area where Irish is spoken agus bíonn neart Gaeilge le cloisteáil thart.

Cladach (Shore)

Cladach (Shore) offers stunning panoramic views of Cuan Chasla in the heart of the Connemara Gaeltacht. It is a newly constructed one bedroom apartment with spectacular views. Surrounded by country roads, hidden inlets and stunning beaches such as Trá an Dóilín (Coral Strand) on the Wild Atlantic Way. Cladach is a self contained apartment with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area and balcony. It is attached to the owner's residence so we are there if you need us.

The house is located in a stunningly beautiful scenic location in the middle of the island which makes it an ideal base to explore the Ancient sites.

Once the teacher's residence of the adjoining tiny schoolhouse, the house is equipped for modern living but still maintains an old time charm. A quiet and amazingly beautiful retreat away from the tourist traps. You can enjoy a wonderful relaxing time to eat,drink or schedule a massage (see info) in our new heated conservatory with amazing views of Casheen Bay.

Ballindooley Castle

The Castle rests on about half an acre of land with Ballindooley Lake lying to the south west. It is surrounded by low walls and hedges: with a gated entrance controlled by an electronic security system. Features include 3 murders holes and a dungeon The castle was built by the DeBurgo family (approximately 1480). It had the distinction of being shelled by the British Gunboat ” Helga” during the1916 Rising to disband rebels

Ideal for couples, it's a peaceful base to explore Dog's Bay, Connemara National Park, the Sky Road, Kylemore Abbey, Clifden, Roundstone and the Aran Islands. The coast looks towards nearby uninabited islands; Pota Cafe and seaweed-bath experiences are close by.
