There’s not enough I can say about how great this place was ! It was like stepping back into the 1880’s ! Such charm and the bed was very comfortable . Location was awesome . Everything is within walking distance . The neighborhood is just off the Main Street and it’s so quiet and peaceful . We will definitely be back !

Matthew was very responsive throughout the entire stay with an easy check in process. The amenities were great with 24 hour access to the gym and a relaxing pool. The view from the balcony was also very peaceful. Only about a 15 minute drive from River Street and all the great restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Savannah!

Spacious, easy to find. Good location. The pool area and amenities were great, we were lucky to have great weather during our stay so we were able to use the pool. Easy to uber to downtown area for shops and restaurants. Matthew very quick to respond with any questions/concerns. Highly recommend.

Matthew's apartment was very nice and clean. It was an excellent location for us to easily visit our relatives and find good, close restaurants. I really enjoyed the balcony in the afternoon.

Our stay in Savannah was absolutely wonderful! We even asked, last minute, if another night was available. Matthew did have the availability and immediately added the extra night to our stay. Everything was seamless. There were towels for the pool and a wagon. The apartment wasn’t far from downtown and even a nice area called Pooler GA where there were some really yummy restaurants. The check in and checkout process was one of the easiest I have ever experienced. We would definitely stay in this air bnb again.

We had a great time spending a week in this unit. It was pretty, comfortable and clean. The view was beautiful and the master bathroom was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised by the key fob that helped us get in and out the building once we got into the unit, and it allowed us to check out the gym (highly recommend). The only two down sides to the unit would be that the master bedroom doors are glass, so if light bothers you when sleeping, a sleep mask would be helpful. The noise from the street was also louder than we anticipated, especially on the weekend, but it wasn't a deal breaker for our experience and I felt like they made no secret about it in the listing. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and the unit itself was wonderful. We would stay here again if we come back to Savannah!

The unit is as advertised, from location to photos. This space is beautiful. One of the biggest perks for us was the provided parking garage across the street. You'll get a reserved space with easy access. This is a perfect location bc everywhere is walkable, we left the car parked through out our stay. keep in mind you're staying downtown, in a historic city, you can hear music, people, nightlife into late hours. The garbage trucks run every day on time around 7am. You don't need to set an alarm. The most notable feature for me was the available amenities in this unit. Hands down, more than most hosts provide. Above average exceeding basic toiletries & a few dishes, this unit is fully stocked in every room with extras. How wonderful it is to wake up, walk up the block to parkers market or coffee shop & enjoy breakfast at a nearby square. We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! Can't wait to book here again!

The apartment was perfect for two couples. Great location right in the heart of downtown. Walkable to nearly everyplace we wanted to go. Hosts were responsive and very helpful.

I travel for work and stay in Airbnb‘s in a lot of different places. Jon has been far the best host that I’ve ever had the office staff with the friendliest people you could hope to meet. I’m always in places for extended times up to a year most times. This was the best experience I ever had in an Airbnb thank you so much for your kindness and everything done for me during my stay

I had a great stay at Happy Acres! John and the entire team were super friendly and welcoming. They all made it a great experience. The art cottage was super cute and the area was clean and quiet. The dog park is a bonus since I was traveling with my fur kid.

Josue was a great host. His place is a great value and the description matched the pictures. We enjoyed the game room and the bonus guest room located beside the master suite. The drive into the Riverwalk and historic Savannah was a easy commute. We would definitely use Josue Airbnb again,

Great Location! Had some trouble finding the house, parking was available on the street. Walkable to downtown. Master bedroom good size, guest bedroom smaller than anticipated, rollout bed was not comfortable for an adult. But overall great location. We’ll do it again.

Excellent stay, great location close to everything, very clean, well stocked kitchen. Parking not a problem at all on Broad St. Highly recommend this house. Very quiet neighborhood.

The discriptions and amenities are as discribed. We were close to downtown without being in the middle of the tourist attractions. Had small issue initially and they responded quickly. There is a great Cuban restaurant on the corner which we loved. Would definately return to this house in the future.
