Unser Haus wurde 1897 von unseren Ururgroßeltern Carl & Marie erbaut und wurde in den letzten Jahren von meiner Familie saniert. Es liegt in Storkow, einer brandenburgischen Kleinstadt, 60 km südöstlich vom Berliner Stadtzentrum. Das Haus hat zwei getrennte Wohnungen, eine im Erdgeschoss und eine im Dachgeschoss, die separat vermietet werden. Dies ist das Inserat für die Dachgeschosswohnung. Werden beide Wohnungen gemietet, können sie über eine Tür im Erdgeschoss miteinander verbunden werden.

Genieße deine Auszeit in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Privatunterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Lübbenauer Altstadt. Ihr seit in wenigen Gehminuten am zentralen Hafen, wo Kahnfahrten, Gastronomie, Bootsverleihe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf euch warten. Die moderne, frisch renovierte Wohnung ist durch einen separaten Eingang erreichbar. Ein Schuppen bietet Platz für eure Fahrräder. Vierbeiner sind gern willkommen. The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, einen Schlafraum, ein Bad mit DU/WC. Zudem gibt es eine Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tisch und einem Grill. Ein abschließbarer Schuppen für Fahrräder steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gasthäuser, Häfen, die Spreewald Therme und das Reha-Zentrum. WICHTIG Der Kurbeitrag beträgt 2 Euro pro Person/Nacht - ab 18 Jahren. Diese ist vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen.
