The Bama Baysider is 2 blocks from Perdido Bay public beach access and less than a mile from the free Lillian Boat Launch. We encourage our guests to bring their water toys to take advantage of Perdio Bay & GOM. We have plenty of room to park boats, jet skis and RV's next to the home on our vacant lot. The home was recently updated in February of 2023 with new lvp flooring, new paint, new appliances and new furnishings. You will fall in love with the quanit little town of Lillian, AL.

I'm an Alabama girl who wanted water access and to be closer to the beach. I bought this little piece of land on Miflin Creek and graced it with a mobile home. Miflin Creek leads to Wolf Bay and the Gulf. It's convenient to OWA (8 minutes), lots of restaurants, and the beach. It's quiet and peaceful. I enjoy paddleboarding here or just sitting on the deck watching the Osprey build a nest nearby. I'm so happy to be able to offer it to you.
