beautiful place. relaxing. no crazy noise. wish gym had better hours but host has no control over that. so walking around beach was exercise! toaster sets off fire alarm too so definitely put stove fan on for anything cooking! overall fantastic place and would visit again! thanks for sharing your place with us and thoughtful anniversary gift 💜

We recently stayed in Myrtle Beach for a business conference, but had grandparents stay with us at the beach. This 3-bedroom was an excellent layout for our three generation family: 1 queen, 1 ocean view king, 2 twins. Each bedroom has an en suite; one bathroom has a walk-in shower stall with seat and is accessible from the hallway as well--great for anyone with mobility limitations. This condo is stocked with all the various types of serving dishes, beach-friendly glassware, and more for entertaining in the unit. The beach closet had tons of items to borrow like a rolling cooler, kickboards, beach chairs, etc. You are just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. The deck offers direct views of the beach and pathway to the beach. The unit is on an elevated first floor, accessible by stairs and elevator. There are some HOA rules to follow. Overall, we had an excellent stay and really enjoyed our time at the beach.

We were all pleased with the unit , it is just what the Dr(Jesus) ordered. Rest relaxation, ease of access to areas of necessity Walmart, Malls, Beach in a nice clean beautiful comfy home away from home. Although I did leave finding one thing wrong. I left wishing we ALL only could have afforded to stay longer. THANK YOU DEANNA, THANK YOU THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Awesome place! So close to the beach. We were able to take down to the beach our umbrella and towels for a few hours or for the whole day. Easy access to the room directly from the beach. The code locked doors make it easy to access without having to keep track of the keys. The room was well stocked with pans and dishes to meet all our eating needs.

Absolutely fabulous and highly recommended. Great location for restaurants/stores. Beautiful view of beach and pool, nice porch/furniture. Easy access to elevators/stairs/washer/dryer. On site parking. Plenty of space to spread out. Stocked kitchen. Easy to get to beach and pool. My family said this is the best place we have stayed since coming to the area in 2013. We would definitely rent there again.

Usually stay in high rise, may never again. Place was wonderful, private, quiet, and right on the beach. Amenities great and just like listing. Great view for coffee and sunrise from balcony. Definitely would like to come back on future vacatiins.

I had a training to attend during my stay and my family came along. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to cook our own meals due to a couple of us having gluten sensitivities. Having two bathrooms was nice. Beach access was a great.

Joni’s place was perfect. The location was fantastic in an area that was not as busy. We enjoying meals on the deck and loved the views. Joni was very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to stay again.

Ericka is incredibly responsive and welcoming. The things we experienced were beyond her control- like the pier construction and a lot of people smoking and using marijuana. We were not able to enjoy the balcony in the evenings because of the constant smell of smoke at the resort. Ericka’s place is great and she is a great host. The resort itself needs to do a better job of making it a no smoking facility.

Dave & Kristie’s place was great. They were very helpful & friendly. The place looks just like the pictures and checking in was so easy. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved this place! We have stayed at Patricia Grand several times, but this condo really had it all. We liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We were in town to compete in a weightlifting competition, so the full kitchen was great. Loved that there's a mini dishwasher too. Our senior chihuahuas also seemed to enjoy the place. You can't hear any outside noise once you're in the unit. We would definitely stay again!

We were in Myrtle Beach for a work trip but traveling with our sweet pup. The condo was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable and convenient. Terrific communication from the host!

What a beautiful area to stay in Myrtle Beach. Our condo was lovely, large and nicely decorated . We enjoyed our coffee every morning overlooking the small lake and fountain in our back yard. Maria was great to deal with, thoughtful and very quick to respond to all inquiries. All in all a beautiful place to spend a few weeks.

My husband and I have always stayed beachfront. This beautiful unit has definitely changed our mind. The view over the intercoastal waterway was stunning. The location is quiet and peaceful within a lovely neighborhood. The host was contacted with several questions and responded in a very timely manner and was always courteous and helpful.

Another wonderful stay!!! We have stayed here several times now and this time we were thankfully able to stay longer than usual. It truly feels like home, so comfortable, clean and peaceful as always. And perfectly close to everything but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise and traffic of the hustle and bustle of the very busy touristy area of MB. We are already counting the days to our next trip down!

Excellent stay! Easy to walk over to the beach, small grocery very close, and pool was in the sunshine all day. The condo was clean and had everything we could want for our stay. Lynn was very responsive to our questions and check-in was a breeze. Just FYI it is near a bar/restaurant that may have live music on weekends that can be slightly heard in the condo. BUT the band was done by 11:00, the people were nice (not rowdy) and the music was really good!!! So win-win in my opinion! Will return when we come back!

This place was amazing! It had all the amenities listed and was super affordable. Although some of the dishware was dirty and the bathtub had some black stains, all was very clean. I enjoyed the space and will definitely be coming back!

This was the perfect place for our short stay. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The space was perfect to come back and relax and the pool was great for those humid nights.

This is a beautiful condo in a great location! The unit is comfortable and inviting with nice decor which made us feel right at home! This was our first time staying in the area and there were NO disappointments! The area and surroundings are beautiful, pristine and peaceful! You're not in the hustle and bustle of the crowded beach activities but everything you need is within a short radius. There was plenty to do and having Clint as a great host was the cherry on top!

C'est un bel endroit! Tout est à proximité (piscine, plage et stationnement). L'emplacement est super! Le logement était très propre et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour! La communication était facile avec David! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

The property was clean and check in was easy. Host provided with instructions in advance, so we had no worries when we arrived. The property was as described and convenient for everything we wanted to do.

Tiffany’s place was wonderful! She was super helpful in providing an early check in time as well as easy instructions to get in and out of the condo. The condo was also very peaceful, cleaned well and was exactly as described! I would definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever visiting Myrtle beach again I would stay here!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We found the location to meet all of our needs. Distance walked to the beach was doable and convenient. Happy to have access to chairs and umbrella. We were also happy to have access to a pool. Food for thought: Some minor upgrades would really make a difference in the location such as updated laundry, while it got the job done, the dryer is reaching the end of its life. Also having a spray hose in the shower would be helpful for folks with small children. I’d also consider investing in a larger dehumidifier as the one on site was filling quickly and did not seem to be fully meeting the need. I would suggest if you’re a guest with a family, consider bringing extra towels and TP as we needed more than provided. Also I would bring a wagon in the future to help with the walk to the beach Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay. This was a trip our family will remember forever. We would book again!
