PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

There is a full sized grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. The unit is keyless entry for self check-in. Bath towels and linens are provided.

Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. This upscale remodeled modern oceanfront condo is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and ocean. It's managed and cleaned by the owner so it is the perfect home away from home. As an extra cleaning precaution for guests and myself, I have invested in an ozone generator, which I run after each guest to clean and disinfect the air. Sand Dunes Resort is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach in the Golden Mile area. It is nestled in with beautiful condos and multi million dollar homes.

This unit boosts a fully stocked kitchen, ready made beds with all linens and two baths with a set of towels per guest. New furniture, two large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are available for your convenience. Sunday -Sunday weekly rental in summer season with the exception of July 11th, 12th weekend is available.
