The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Pines Beach House is located on the beach of Livadi, the main town of Serifos Island. It is walking distance to the port and all the seaside shops, bars and restaurants that it offers. The house comprises of an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Large verandas with sea views and a garden with outdoor dining and lounge chairs are ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 2

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

'Dyo Sykies' Cycladic Farmhouse

Secluded on the island of Serifos, this hidden gem is dedicated to nature. Relaxing here means becoming one with the island. Walking up to the sound of roosters & cicadas is a chance to unwind from hectic citylife and connect with nature. It took its name from the two figtrees (=dyo sykies in Greek) that are located diametrically from each other and border the estate. If you are lucky you will also enjoy fresh figs during your stay!

Αυτό είναι ένα απλό εξοχικό σπίτι μέσα σε ένα συγκρότημα με όμορφους κήπους, μόλις 100μ από την παραλία.Με συνολική επιφάνεια 120τμ σε 3 επίπεδα και μεγάλη ταράτσα, είναι κατάλληλο για μεγάλες ομάδες (έως 7 επισκέπτες) ή οικογένειες με μεγάλα παιδιά. Κατάλληλο για όσους εκτιμούν την απλότητα και τη λειτουργικότητα παρά την πολυτέλεια. Το λιμάνι προσφέρει σούπερ μάρκετ, μπαρ και εστιατόρια και είναι λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

Είναι ενας λειτουργικός, πλήρως εξοπλισμενος χώρος για την άνετη διαμονή 2 έως 3 ατόμων. Εξαιρετικά γρήγορο WiFi (έως 50Mbps), σας δίνει τη δυνατότητα να εργαστείτε με άνεση εάν απαιτηθεί. Βρίσκεται σε μια ησυχη περιοχή εντος του οικισμου Λιβάδι, σε απόσταση 100μ απο την αγορά, τη διασκέδασηκαι το λιμάνι. Είναι ανέμεσα σε δύο παραλίες, τα Λειβαδακια που απέχουν 150μ και τον Αυλομωνα στα 300μ.

'House in Marina ' Livadi,Serifos.

Αυτόνομο σπιτι σε κεντρικο σημείο , 3-5 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο το λιμάνι αφιξης , τα μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια , τα μεσα μεταφοράς ,ενοικίασης αυτοκινήτων και τής τρεις κοντινές παραλιες. ( Λιβαδακια ,Αυλομωνας, Καραβι) Ωστόσο ήσυχα. . Επίσης είναι σε όροφο υπάρχουν σκαλιά για την είσοδο στο σπίτι.....
