What a hidden gem! We stayed for a short break to celebrate a family birthday. Morag was so kind and accommodating. The children (10 to 13 year olds) loved being able to be hands on with all the animals. We were able to have a cosy time in the less than perfect English weather whilst enjoying the phenomenal views and wonderful quirkiness of this property. The space is really versatile, perfect for socialising with friends or family round that big dinner table, sitting out on the porch by the outdoor fireplace for a sun downer or lounging on the sumptuous settees indoors. We stayed in February, finding it worked really well as a way to have a glamping style break during the colder months. The wood burning stove made it so cosy and warm. I love to cuddle up by the fireside on a cold winter night. We’re also really keen to come back in summer to enjoy the farm and beautiful landscape in all its glory. This might have to become a regular bolt hole from North London for us!

A lovely cozy beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Very convenient to travel to London. The Neighbourhood is nice with lots of restaurants and open spaces. Hampton court, river Thames all are few meters around. Ziggy, the house cat is almost an ideal cat. Kids loved having him around. Totally recommend this place. Thanks Alex and family

Great hosts, perfectly located in the best neighbourhood in central St Albans! Close to two of the best pubs and the cathedral with a large park, this house is spacious, has parking and is where you want to be when you come to St Albans. We loved our stay!

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Rafa was very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend others to stay here.

El departamento un lujo, muy limpio y organizado. Equipado con absolutamente todo. Plancha, tender, lavar ropa, vajilla para 4 o más. La zona inmejorable a 1 cuadra de la parada del underground queensway y lleno de restos para comer. En frente al parque lo que lo hace fresco y natural. Además es super seguro, una noche volví caminando desde el soho porque habían cerrado los subtes. Lo recomiendo y volvería otra vez sin duda

Schönes kleines viktorianisches Haus… für Familien und Pärchen die unternehmungslustig Perfect geeignet. Sehr hundefreundlich.. Themse für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge schnell zu erreichen…sowie auch die Bahnstation am Hampton Court 👍

This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting outside of London. Jeremy welcomed us nicely with his wonderful dog Billy and he was around to help with whatever we needed. With public transport it’s a bit tricky to get there, but with an Uber it’s easily doable. Staines is at about 30min walking, where you can catch the train to london, get good coffee and brunch.

We travelled to London as a family of 9 as I was running the London Marathon. Moni was a real life saver as I had been scammed by an advertiser off booking com. She was so responsive, gave clear instructions, was flexible with check in and check out, really helpful and also kind knowing what hd happened to me. Moni’s property was clean and a real home from home. It met our needs of 5 adults and 4 children. There is free parking behind the property and a lovely garden space. I would recommend Moni’s property to families, couples and anyone who wants a friendly, kind host and a good location with direct links to London centre. Thank you Moni - you have been a star.
