Waterfront Haven Apartment

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Poet's Ode - featuring the Donkey Shed Theatre

Lose yourself in the dawn chorus of birds, stare into the mountains, rest in the garden under a tree, listen to the stories in the silence, wander, read or write. Poet’s Ode is a sanctuary for the senses. Come and create your own space and story in this lovingly appointed hideaway, complete with home-prepared breakfast and complimentary larder and vino. Hobart Hideaway Pods- Vanilla Pod

Hobart hideaway pods offer multi award winning, boutique eco-friendly tourist accomodation set amongst the rural part of Mt Wellington's foot hills conveniently located just 20 Minutes from Hobart. 2 architecturally designed pods with stand out eco-conscious features, with the aim of minimising the environmental footprint. Guests are surrounded by floor to ceiling windows, and sweeping decks, connecting them to landscaped gardens, wildlife, and expansive water views across the Derwent Estuary.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Set up for up to four adults, this gorgeous home offers waterfront views, two luxurious bedrooms, a large kitchen with a Glemgas 6 burner gas stove and oven, an indoor fireplace, coffee machine and a fire-pit for enjoying balmy evenings. Add an absolute abundance of wildlife, fishing and swimming and you have the perfect getaway!

Pipeline Chalet kunanyi / Mt Wellington is an architect designed residence, with privacy and a spectacular mountain environment on your doorstep, just 15 minutes from Hobart's CBD. The kitchen has stone benches with stools and a gas cooktop with all the utensils to cook up a hearty meal. A king bed in the mezannine and a sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 4. There is a smart TV with WiFi included, with forest and nature immediately outside and a sun drenched outdoor living space.

Laneway 98 - Designer Luxe Cottage on City Fringe

Laneway 98 is a charming retreat nestled in the heart of South Hobart. Offering a blend of modern luxury and historic charm, the late 1800's worker’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard, utilising original features where possible. The ideal base for exploring Hobart and its surrounds. Only a 5-minute walk to the Cascade Brewery, Cascades Female Factory, and the South Hobart rivulet. Located only 10 minutes from Kingston, less than 5 minutes to the motorway that leads to either The Huon Valley or back to Kingston and Hobart. A great base to explore Southern Tasmania.
